Cole Abbeduto: Absolutely love having a great camera store like these guys nearby downtown!I recently had an issue from a lens I bought online that mounted fine when I first got it, but after a month stopped locking in! After some back and fourths with the manufacturer, they had no clue what to do and wanted me to send it in for them to check it out. Before that though, I decided to go into Art's to see if they could see what the issue was and after a few minutes found a loose screw, tightened it half a turn, and it locked right in! Saved me a bunch of money in shipping and time! Love these guys! Thank you all again!

Not Your Fall Guy, Daddy or Son: They save their used packing material and give it away to anyone in the community that can use it. First off this tells you they care about the environment cause they could just throw it away and it saves some money for the people that use the packing material. They're located in a nice area that's currently being revitalized. Their building is quaint and welcoming and lastly their staff is always very kind everytime I have contact with them. Would highly recommend this place.

Tige Prickett: My SX-70 stopped ejecting film this year. Retrospekt gave me some trouble shooting tips first but they didn’t work so I sent it in for repair. Their communication about the process was excellent and I got my camera back in less than 3 weeks! Included was a checklist of all the things checked, adjusted, or replaced. I really appreciated that. My camera looks and works like new!

Andrew Newman: If you’re reading this. This is the place. This is the business I would go to for camera or retro related services or gear. I ordered a single roll of film that’s hard to find for a decent price and I saw stickers in the package that had polaroids on the sheet. Little did Retrospekt know I have had a bit of a dilema with my own polaroid front view element getting fungus rendering the viewing nearly impossible with how much it took over the front element. I didn’t even understand how that was possible because I was almost certain it was plastic and not glass. But sure enough it was fungus somehow and ruined it enough that it dug into the element. I contacted Polaroid DIRECTLY via email and explained my dilema. I asked to see if essentially they had replacement view finders for the one step 2, as well as if not if they do repairs or know of how to fix it. To which they responded “We do not manufacture replacement parts. We do not sell replacement parts to consumers or have any intention of doing so for the foreseeable future. We appreciate your inquiry but essentially there is nothing we can do, then essentially said If you need any more assistance feel free to reply to this email.Like,Really? You basically told me, you cannot help me, but then said if you need help contact us again? Really polaroid? I understand Polaroid isn’t what it was before,but for their brand to kinda just shove a loyal customer for years under the rug and stomp on me? That’s where Retrospekt came in. I messaged them on Instagram not thinking anything would come from it, but ya know I thought why not try. Sure enough they responded and sure it took like a few days for any response I wasn’t expecting but today they responded saying they found the piece I need! I was and am absolutely elated to know I’llHave my Polaroid camera running again at it’s full capacity! Thank you Retrospekt. I am eager to visit your store in person in Milwaukee soon!

Tammy Davis: Awesome Customer service . I called today to ask a question about a lense repair. I spoke to John who was Incredibly helpful. At no point did I feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me off the phone. John researched my question and gave me the facts so that I could make an informed choice about my equipment. I had never called the business before and was really taken back by how helpful John was. He gave me several options for future instruction on my camera as far as a class or a one on one meet up for private instruction on my camera. I found the business to be very helpful. Thank you for helping this amateur navigate lol. Many new terms and features John explained things very well.

Allison Rollette (zythia13): I am an art framer, a couple counties away, that has witnessed amazing photo editing repair. I framed an old photo for a couple today - turns out it wasn't an old photo. The original photo had tape holding it together everywhere, the people in the photo were numbered, and it had been folded multiple times. You can't see any of that in the Crivello's finished version that I framed! The couple told me they had been going there for decades. I will be referring my customers here for any of their photo needs!

They have a lot of photo lab services and all you need as an amateur or pro like tripods, lenses, carrying bags, filters, even film and film cameras. The best we ever had Official: Today i go to this shop to fix my grandpa nikon N60, i met with Mr.John.He knows what he is doing just a few minutes and my camera was resurrected. He can charge me with that but he made my day with free of charge..Recommended this place!

V H: Photographers did a great job and they have a beautiful backyard. My issue with them was the price for what we received. I've taken my kids to a couple different wonderful professional photographers. I've received the same great quality pics for less and was able to purchase the high quality digital prints without a minimum purchase. With Frenn, I was told I had to spend a minimum of $1000 in the one sitting in order to be able to purchase the digital copy for $300. No offense, these days with wanting to share the pics digitally among out of state family, that's a big deal. There are so many great photographers that are aware of that and offer HQ digital purchases right away.

Chris Damro: I have had Frenn Photography take the Senior pictures for all 3 of my boys. They always do a great job, and take so many good pictures that I have a hard time choosing which ones to purchase. I especially like their Quad Gallery in a 10x20 frame. This way I can choose 4 different poses or outfits, like a dressed up look, casual look, or one about a sport or sports they were in. I like this instead of the usual 1 pose in a 8x10 frame hanging on the wall.
