Stephanie Weiss: This is a fantastic pilates studio. I had never done anything but mat pilates before going here and I now love using the reformer and other equipment. I've had both Jaime and Amelia and they are excellent teachers - so good at watching your form and helping you learn the right way to do things. I also love that the classes have a maximum of four people, so the teachers have the bandwidth to pay attention to and help each person in the class. It also just has a really positive, friendly and relaxed vibe. I'm a big fan!

The instructors do a great job of thoroughly explaining how to do the different exercises, what muscle groups are working, and the reason we are doing the exercises. Debra Jensen: It's always busy! Don't expect a greeting because its very congested on busy nights!! I like that you sit in a 2nd story, enclosed area that has large glass panels so you see the whole room BUT they have HORRIBLE hard folding chairs and worst of all, if you sit in the chair, you can't see the area that's closest to you. I have to alternate "leaning over a counter" or sitting down & missing about half.

What is even more important to me than being toned though is that when I go, I feel like I’m surrounded by friends. I have friends from barre that I now get together with outside the studio. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Rachel Breitrick: Dr. Molly and Revitalize Therapy have changed my quality of life! For years I struggled with chronic pain following the birth of my daughter. Niki Sokn: After my 3rd birth I returned to Revitalize to continue working on some chronic abdominal muscle pain and to get physically prepared to start running again. I’ve been working with Dr Brenda and I’m excited about my progress so far! Dr Brenda takes the time to work through all of my concerns and make sure that I feel confident in my “homework” before I walk out the door. If I ever do have questions, I’ve always gotten a timely and thorough response.

Amanda Anderson: I started coming to Revitalize while I was pregnant to help with a natural labor and delivery. I continue to attend sessions postpartum. I have never arrived and not seen a smiling face; all the staff are wonderful. Dr. Jennie has helped me realize how much of my body movement relates to the pelic floor and has given me appropriate exercises to make me more aware of how I'm using those muscles. Sessions are a bit pricy due to being out of network, but it is well worth the investment!

I truly believe pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy was one of the reasons why. I wish I would have known about pelvic floor therapy with my previous pregnancies.
