Anabel Weeks: We recently got a generation photo shoot done with Kara and the experience was better than I could have imagined. Hair and makeup was an amazing touch to make sure everyone looked and felt their best. Kara was thoughtful with her different ideas for poses and types of shots. Her studio is warm and welcoming and a great place to spend a few hours. We were able to see the photos right away on a giant tv and pick the ones we wanted. Erica DuPont: with a different photographer. She cleared her schedule and was able to beautifully capture my increasingly huge and more active, less sleepy infant. The preparation that went into the shoot was top notch from the heat being turned up in the studio so my baby wasn’t cold to the wide variety of outfits, props, sound machine, and she even had a camping/outdoorsy background that fit our nursery theme! We BOTH felt we were in the best of care; my baby is normally fussy in the hands of strangers but Kara had a way of calming him to get all the cutest poses effortlessly, and I as a new mom was able to finally relax for a few hours. She is also a mom to two littles and was incredibly easy to talk and relate to. It was apparent she truly loves her career and genuinely cares about her customers and their family.. which is increasingly hard to find these days! I recommend her services to anyone looking for family photos; you will treasure them for decades to come.

Ashley Lindley: My husband and I opted for a destination wedding in Milwaukee, though we reside in St. Louis. Neither of us are from MKE and we have no friends or family that reside there either. As such, every vendor had to be chosen based on online reviews and phone conversations, which was quite daunting. Enter Chelsea Matson - from the first phone call I had with her, I knew she was the perfect fit for our wedding. Wedding planning is stressful, but I never experienced even a second of that working with Chelsea. We weren't able to visit MKE prior to our wedding for engagement photos, but Chelsea made time to meet with us the week of our wedding which made me much more comfortable. Our wedding photos were truly the only thing that really mattered to us, and the money spent was more than worth it. I could not possibly say enough nice things about how professional and warm Chelsea is, and how incredibly thrilled we are with how our photos turned out. From our first meeting, I could tell she genuinely appreciated and took note of the small details that made our relationship special. This attention to detail came to life in the photographs of our wedding day. Mary McGuire: I’m not even sure where to start with how amazing Chelsea was. We research, looked at and talked to over 15 different photographers. One of which I grew up with. We ended up going with Chelsea for a few reasons. From the start, she was professional yet easy to talk to; she had great ideas and suggestions; we loved samples she shared from previous weddings she had done, and we liked the package/flexibility she offered. We booked Chelsea without meeting her face to face, but we both liked her so much just over the phone it didn’t matter. She was so flexible, we met up with her shortly after booking her and knew we had made the right decision. I think the best way to summarize how fantastic Chelsea was, is that on our wedding day multiple people commented to us how fantastic it was that we had a friend of ours as our wedding photographer. They were shocked when we told her we had only met her once! So many vendors have an impact on your wedding day, but your photographer is the person that you spend the most time with…and we could not have been more comfortable, or more happy with Chelsea and her team. She truly made our wedding day memorable, and provided us with memories we can have for the rest of our lives!

T. Jace Fenton: My wife and I recently did a 1 hour shoot with Alia and she was amazing. Very fun with music and she has such a positive attitude. Julia Zimmer: I booked my wedding photographer through Ari Rosenthal Photography very far in advance because of the amazing reviews that I saw… and I’m so glad I did!! We were provided with a list of photographers that were available for our date and were able to view each of their portfolios before deciding. We went with Erin who was awesome to work with. She commanded the rowdy wedding goers with ease and was very considerate of all of our needs. Not to mention, the pictures took less than three weeks to arrive and blew us away with how spectacular they turned out. Ari posts the pictures on an online gallery which we shared with our family, allowing them to purchase copies as they pleased. We were also provided with a flash drive with full rights to photos which honestly is so incredible to have the option to print whenever we please. Could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommended going with them!!

He made sure that in every photo all of the women were holding their flowers in the same direction and that the men all had their jackets either buttoned or opened. He made sure that everything that would annoy us later was fixed before the shot was taken. Chris sent us sneak peek photos fairly quickly and then our entire portfolio was sent to us within two weeks. We very very happy with our choice of photographer!
