I travel from Milwaukee to Fond du Lac and back many times throughout the year. Sometimes I have to be picked up at 3:30 AM! I always have a comforting feeling knowing they will be there for me. Traveling is stressful enough, but when you use Klassic Limousine's services you can cross off one thing you will never have to worry about. The drivers are awesome! The owners are awesome! He always told me "it is whatever you want". As a small business owner myself, this is the phrase I love to hear from anyone I work with. We had a limo "style" change, from pick up of guests at the hotel to the return to the hotel in the evening. He made sure that was ok with me first. His driver called to let me know he was there and to just call him when we were ready for him.

So I started looking into limo's/event busses. Some companies near me had poor reviews. I liked Chaffee Livery & Limousine Services best.I sent a detailed email outlining what I was looking for, and what I wanted with additional questions, to Chaffee Livery & Limousine for a quote, and got a detailed email back within 24 hours answering all of my questions, pricing options, and pictures. I scheduled a time to view the vehicles available, including the bus and I had a few follow up questions. I decided to get the bus for my party. I had an itinerary mostly mapped out, but of course, things dont always go according to plan. Jim adapted to changes quickly, politely, positively, and didnt even mind my back seat driving.. Sorry Jim. I was nervous and excited and a whole bunch of other feelings

When I first requested a quote, it was responded to within the hour, and they provided a few different options for my needs and included their "all in" pricing options which were greatly appreciated! We decided on their Limo Bus - which is a small bus and is limo style inside - we had 14 people in there and it was perfect for our group. Jim was our driver and he was on time and showed us where everything was before we went on our way to the location for pictures. The limo bus is very modern on the inside and the sound system was perfect. They provide the aux cord so we could play music from our phone. Jim allowed us to crank it up and celebrate! Cups and ice were also provided. Jim was an excellent driver and helped make sure everyone got on and off the bus safely and to our reception venue on time. I thank them for making sure their role in our day was played perfectly.

Phenomenal service for a great price!Jeff Egan, our driver, was absolutely amazing and on time. Despite the highway construction on I-43, he made sure we made it to every stop without any problems! The transit van was clean and luxurious with a lot of room. Jeff was courteous, friendly, great conversationist, and professional and a perfect gentleman – he helped the ladies get on and off the bus. Their staff was very responsive and helpful—they got back to me quickly when I requested a quote and also responded promptly when I had questions and changes to our itinerary.The driver assigned to our day-of transportation, Leslie, was nice and professional. She drove very safely and did all pickups and dropoffs perfectly on time. The bus was clean and comfortable and we were able to play our own music via Bluetooth connection. Would recommend booking with this company!

The champagne flutes and napkins were so pretty and matched her wedding colors. The driver was great and even opened the 1st bottle for them so we could see it bubble over! Then he took some pictures of the group before we took off. Our daughter felt like a princess all day, and black line was a special part of that!

Catherine Serio: Where do I begin! Blackline Limos was incredibly wonderful and surpassed our expectations for our transportation on our wedding day. I had a very bad experience with another shuttle and was hesitant to attempt another, but right away, Jason assured me they had us covered for our wedding day in Oconomowoc on June 18. The website was very easy to navigate and we could clearly see the options and what would work best for our guests! We had a morning transportation trip for the groom/groomsmen and then another for the bride/bridesmaids. At the end of the evening, we had a trip for the entire wedding party from the venue back to the hotel. The driver was incredibly professional and made sure to alert us when he was on the way for all trips. Also, we were able to bring alcohol to the Blackline location beforehand and they had it chilled and ready for us when we got onto the limo, with champagne glasses accented with napkins of our wedding colors! Blackline was incredibly easy to work with, transparent on invoices/amount owed, and punctual! Nothing more you could ask for on your wedding day. We rented the 24 passenger limo and it was perfect! We went to a Brewers game and the transportation was waiting right outside the stadium exit for us, keeping us from walking far.Khaled was very professional and personable the entire time. Anne M: From the scheduling and booking several weeks prior to the day of our event details, our transportation was seamless. Our driver Moon reached out to me two days before our event to confirm the pick up time and to introduce himself. The day of he confirmed his arrival and waited patiently for us to load. The van was very clean and looked new! He brought sparkling wine and beer for us to toast the start of our celebration. After our event, he arrived early and waited to pick us up, and again was patient as it took us about 15 minutes to gather our things and load up. He had the cup holders filled with waters and sodas for the drive home. He let us have fun and DJ the whole ride and made sure we were all comfortable and home safe. Moon was extremely professional and I would highly recommend Pharoah’s transportation services! I will definitely be using them again!

Jesse Michalski: Very reasonable rates and right next to the airport. They shuttled us and all our luggage right to our terminal at MKE and loaded/unloaded our luggage for us. Return flight was delayed a day so we called in advance as they requested and the shuttle picked us up at the airport about 8 minutes after we called them for a pickup. They had our van out front and ready for us when we got back. Very good service, we will continue to use them.

The shuttle was clean and comfortable, there was only one other passenger ,making it a very pleasant, non overcrowded drive to the airport...which is literally 3 minutes away. When we returned from our trip a quick phone call,and they were there in just a couple of minutes, they had dusted off our car and had it waiting for us, ready to go. If you are planning on flying anywhere out of Milwaukee, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you use Exec Park..it'll make your trip that much more enjoyable.

He called and they sent the shuttle back right away to pick him up. We were leaving in an hour and I was freaking out. Shuttle picked him up and brought him back to the airport within 20 minutes. Just to show you how awesome their service is. Fenced in lot, secure and very pleasant. 100% recommended, you will not be disappointed.
