David Ulrich: There are no words to describe the crew of Pennybag properties!!Estimate was spot on, the workmanship was beyond excellent, Justin kept us informed to when each phase would be completed and gave us great ideas to make our deck better. The building inspector in our Village wanted their card!!!Justin, Matt, Tommy and Mike were awesome to have at our home for three weeks. We were sad to see them leave when our deck was completed. Tyler Dunker: Words can not express how grateful my wife and I are for the amazing work Justin and his crew did on our house. I know a lot of people skeptical of hiring contractors in today's world, but as a Sheriff Deputy, I can tell you that you will not find a more trustworthy group of people to trust with your home. They did two bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, and added much needed insulation to our attic. We will be using them again soon to renovate our kitchen as well!

Maggie Stelmacher: Rented a property near uwm and loved it! The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and Chelsea was always very helpful and responsive. Rene was always checking in and there to help with any problems. Highly recommend renting from Pech!
Gina Sanfelippo: and Chelsea helped us get it resolved as painlessly as possible. The building itself was old and you definitely get what you pay for, but it was a perfect starter apartment for my Fiancé and I! The maintenance guy, Rene, was also an amazing help! Anytime we needed anything he was always there to take care of it right away. He always held great conversations with us and was just a fun person to have around. Even when our building gained a new Landlord, if we saw Rene outside he would ask how everything was running. That just shows how caring he is for all the tenants! Overall, our entire experience with Pech was great and they really do give you the best they can!
Jade Chitwood: My boyfriend and I rented an apartment on N Cramer St. The cozy apartment was the perfect size for us. The location was close enough to walk to campus each day, but far enough away so we weren't bothered by partiers. Chelsea was very helpful! The only downfall was that we were on the waiting list for a parking spot our whole year living there. However, this was not a huge inconvenience because it never took more than two drives around the block to find a spot. Overall, we had a great experience renting from Pech Properties.

Tom Gawin: I have rented the same apartment for over 25 years. M & R Neufeld purchased the property about 3 years ago. Since they have taken over my rent has increased at a higher rate then before, however over the last year it has since stabilized and is within the range for my area. I have had a few maintenance issues and Reid has been very professional in addressing and completing the repairs in a timely manner. I really like their website for paying rent and reporting maintenance issues. Overall I give them a BIG "thumbs up" for keeping the property clean and well maintained.
Emily Harrison: I have never worked with a more responsive or caring rental company. They are professional, courteous, transparent, and always within easy contact. Do take care, however, to consider the insulation/thickness of walls and floors if a quiet environment is important to you, as this is something I've had problems with.

I have enjoyed the entire time I lived there, and I can tell you honestly that these are the best managed buildings I've ever lived at. Reid does a remarkable job managing the property, and if an issue arises, he handles it immediately, night or day. When I have visitors they always remark on what a quiet and clean building it is. My apartment is quiet, clean, well heated and safe. I have become spoiled living in a place where heat is included and heated underground parking is included!! All those cold or rainy days where I just hopped into my warm car and took off, I'm going to miss that big time!! In the entire time I've been here I've always felt completely safe, with a locked front lobby and quiet, respectful neighbors. The only bad thing was how long the walk was to the dumpster in the garage, that's a hike from my place, lol. You can rent from M&R with complete confidence.

Applying for assistance was a tedious and lengthy task that resulted in rental fees being unpaid. Property manager Monica Stellar continued to work with me and showed a great deal of patience while we waited for everything to be finalized. I can’t say this would be the case with another management company. I am thankful for Monica working with me and am glad I am able to continue the rental relationship I have with PMI.

Zach Spellman: My roommate and I really enjoy living at Maryland Park. I will definitely be staying here for the next few years while I am in college. They are very fast when responding to maintenance requests. Also Jeff, Lyndsay, and Zach at the Maryland Park location are very helpful and friendly.
Victoria Weinfurter: My roommate and I love Northland Management! This is the best experience we have had in Milwaukee. We live in Lake Terrace, and it is always clean and quiet! They are also very kind and prompt about maintenance requests.

Kamran Miszewski: Rented from Northland from February 2021 til June 2022 and had a good experience. They are good with communication and keeping up keep with their properties and for the most part quick with maintenance request. The only reason I moved is because my roommate at the time was getting married and wanted to live in a different area. Will definitely recommend them for anyone who’s looking to live on Milwaukee’s east side.

Just the same he's appreciative of Northland Mgm't moving the animals as they are often under his porch. Per Dan, he's happy to talk to anyone with questions/comments just knock!RE: Raccoons: I came across reviews of neighbors who are not happy about the caging of the racoons. You are certainly entitled to your opinions as are we, actual tenants. There was a statement about the animals being caged from time person went to work until their day ended. I have to say that what I have noticed is an animal is caught, mgm't is called and within an hour's time they are retrieved. Cages are in fact on neighbors property along the fence obscured by trees/bushes out of sun. I know of some tenants who have been scared when they open the trash and see racoons in it. Panic comes first; if we jump and they sense it will they bite. They tear up garbage and it's strewn all over the lot. I respect your stance on the matter so I ask that the respect of our opinion matter as well. I appreciate that mgm't takes care of the area as it brings other critters as well and some tenants just aren't critter lovers
Bree Beelow: *Edit:Regarding the reviews about raccoons. Northland has done a WONDERFUL job working with the local animal control to humanely and safely relocate 7+ raccoons that were living nearby. The raccoons posed quite a danger to our residents and pets, as they would hide in the dumpsters and jump out unexpectedly, especially at night. I am very pleased with everything Northland Management and Maintenance has done to keep us safe regarding the raccoon infestation.Original Post:I have lived here for 5 years. I have enjoyed every year I've lived here. Management is excellent and very conscientious of their residents. Maintenance is very timely and reliable. Northland always addresses our concerns, and they are great with their residents.
Rachael Spalding: I have been so pleased with my experience renting from Northland. Maintenance and management respond to concerns with professionalism and efficiency. The building is older, but well-maintained and perfectly located in the vibrant lakefront community. I've enjoyed my time here so much that I was looking to move this summer to be closer to work, but have decided to stay with a Northland property if possible since I know that I can trust this company.
Eryn: Very clean place! Never have an issue with trash or cleanliness of common spaces. There's an elevator, which is really nice to have. The available parking garage is such a nice option and it's very helpful for staying out of the winter weather here!

Lauren Reindl: So dreamy for college students! Just a few blocks from campus and rent is very affordable. Management is always very accommodating and quick to respond. Nice to have access to the downstairs laundry room, as well as a pretty large storage cage. This building is a very safe place to live. Our mail is never tampered with.One downfall for college students here is the parking- there is a parking garage available- but for our one bedroom, we only have the option for one parking spot and the prices for that are way outside of our budget.

They are very communicative, they do their best to always be accommodating, and they're very timely with maintenance requests and questions overall. Joshua DeJong: . There has yet to be a situation where we were not contacted within 24 hours with a reasonable game plan on how to address the situation appropriately and expediently. The staff is very helpful and maintains good communication between the landlord and ourselves. In times where we needed to get work done to the place ourselves, they helped us to get refunded from the landlord. Their website is very user friendly and straight forwarded for managing auto-payments as well as unit claims. Corey, in particular, has been an absolute pleasure to have managing claims and fixing little to large repairs. He is respectful of our privacy, professional in his communications, and quick to respond. If he is unable to fix the problem himself, he has the "hook-up" for getting the job done.
Trammell Lynes: Structure was easy to work with. Corey was our go to contact if anything went wrong around the place and he was always quick to respond and fix any issues. Easy portal for payments as well.
Geoff Moon: I've interacted with Structure as a tenant for over a year now. Easy online portal, responsive maintenance, helpful people. I especially appreciated Corey Bortner who handled maintenance. No complaints.
Daniel Eggeman: Lived in Broadway Market Lofts for nearly 3 years. Lindsey, our operations manager was always quick to respond to any issue that came up. Corey, our facilities manager was always available, even after hours for maintenance issues. Loved the property design, brick walls, new appliances, great modern l oft feeling. You won't find a better location if you're living in Milwaukee. I'm really going to miss this place, only moving out for career purposes.
