Richard Quadracci: It is rare to find a highly skilled reflexologist even where I live in Florida. Imagine my surprise to find this therapist right downtown next to my hotel. The studio is inside a loft building downtown across from the Pabst theater a little bit hard to find, but very much worth the effort to discover.Clean, gentle aromatic atmosphere, clearly owner operated.A far better massage than the spa at the nearby five star hotel which although also incredible, at this place is even better and one third the price.

As I told her at my most recent visit, "It's not just massage, it's a whole thing". She takes the time to check in before each appointment and connect any issues outside physical concerns to the mind/body/spirit. Sessions are different each time, and she uses intuition combined with a variety of treatment modalities. After a session I notice I feel lighter, more at ease, and more accepting of what is happening in life.

I saw Stephen for a 90 minute full body massage. When I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and gave a very calming presence. He released tension from areas I did not even know were tight! He even relieved tightness and knots that were hidden in my face and deep in my shoulder area. I left the appointment feeling so wonderful and relaxed. The price of the massage was very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot recommend Stephen enough and will be telling my friends in the area to go to him as well!

It is difficult to find one where you feel safe, and the masseuse having a healing energy vibe. I found deep roots massage, and made an appointment with Stephen. The room super was very clean, this place had a nice peaceful, calming energy as soon as you walk in. Had the best 90min deep tissue massage session. I will be back for sure.

I used to get massages regularly in chicago and had a place that I absolutely loved, but since moving to Milwaukee early in the pandemic after my daughter was born, I had yet to try out a new spot and was honestly hesitant to do so! My husband got me a gift certificate to deep roots for Mother’s Day and I’m so happy to have found this place right in our neighborhood. The place itself is peaceful and clean, and my masseuse Stephen really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. It was one of the most personalized massages I’ve ever experienced—it was clear he was really paying attention and in tune to what my body needed and took time to focus on certain muscles/areas that felt tight or in need of attention, rather than just going through the motions of a standard 60-minute massage. I will absolutely be back and will be sure to book with Stephen again!

A M: Update: I visited on a Sunday evening, and was able to get massaged right away. I had a different masseuse from last time and even though she applied a little too much pressure in certain areas, it was a very thorough massage and I would still return, plus it’s nice that they’re open late even on Sundays..I went in with a severely pulled arm muscle, so I thought a massage would help, which for my arm it didn’t. The massage was otherwise ok, the masseuse barely spoke English so she used Google translate to communicate, maybe I’ll return for a regular massage and update this review..

I've gone in with migraines that would've sent me to the ER & have had them gone by the time I left her office. Her rates are excellent, she's very generous with the amount of time she spends with you and her store, table & linens are always very clean. She creates a very relaxing atmosphere, you can bring your own oil or pick a scent from hers and she plays relaxing music during your session. She's content to chat with you or let you enjoy your massage quietly, whichever you wish. She's a great listener though & has doubled as a therapist for me on occasion, lol. She is always taking classes & continuing her education in massage therapy so she's up to date on all the latest techniques. She won't nickel & dime you if she does some cupping or hot stone work during your Swedish massage and has even tried to decline the tips I leave her

I've had injections, physical therapy, dry needling, and basically anything you can think of. A good massage is really the only thing that will take them away, so I try to go at least every other week to keep my pain under control. Since covid, I have had a really hard time finding a good massage place. I've tried the bigger, more known salons and other smaller ones. A friend recommended that I try Far East Healing and it was the BEST massage I've ever had and like I said, I get a lot of massages. I walked in with a 3 day long headache and by the time I left, it was gone! The massage was great, prices are good and all of the workers are so sweet. I am definitely a new regular. I cannot say enough good things, truly a hidden gem!

This is a pot of gold in the city of Milwaukee. It is absolutely serene! Kristen did my services. I had the anti-aging package which included an exfoliating scrub, shower and massage. This package was well worth every dime. Everything was outstanding from the time I walked in until the time I left. The waiting area is very tranquil. My individual room was cozy and elegant. It was incredibly clean which is important. I had a deep tissue massage. This is a beautiful way to treat yourself any time. My time at Well Spa was amazing!

When we arrived, we had a choice of coffee, water, champagne or mimosas. The girl who did my foot reflexology was fantastic...she really knew what she was doing. I actually fell asleep during it and I am prone to being ticklish on my feet but didn't feel that way once. She also did an amazing pedicure...the best that I've ever had. My husband felt the same way about his technician. I highly recommend this spa/salon and will definitely be returning for other services. Afterwards we went to Mason Street Grill to have the best burger in Milwaukee.

Forest Richter: I went to SOL Therapeutics for Cranial Sacral Therapy. It was recommended to me for some pain I was experiencing following a mouth surgery. The positive impact from the Cranial Sacral Therapy was nearly immediate. I had substantial pain that was eliminated, nearly immediately. It was wild. Amber is great, too. Made me feel very comfortable.

I very nearly fell asleep during the scalp portion and she was very attentive to what spots I wanted worked on more while checking in every once in a while on how the pressure was. N Jules: Was gifted a massage and I added a facial. The ambiance is great but it was rather chilly in the two waiting rooms I sat in. The esthetician and I had a nice discussion about skincare specific to my needs. First thing she asked was if I had any allergies which I have! My masseuse was excellent. She hit all the knots and asked at regular intervals if the pressure was ok. I nodded off twice.

Everything else was good accept that Tips SHOULD NOT BE FORCE TO GIVE.
