Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.

We saw a variety of great apartments and the location is great, so close to everything. We would be thrilled to call this place home when we it comes time to move!

Maxwell Lehmann: I lived at the North End for almost four years and really enjoyed my time there. I lived in the Chroma building but enjoyed all the other amenities from some of the other buildings like the pool that faces the Milwaukee River. It was an excellent place to relax in the summer. The location is very walkable and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was well maintained and I felt safe and secure there. The office was very friendly and was willing to help when needed. I am very glad I found the North End when I was looking for somewhere to live and would highly recommend the North End if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Milwaukee.

Alex Hayes: Excellent place! Super friendly staff, appliances all work, no bug issues, haven't had any power outages, love the garage, love having the oak creek trail literally right outside, excellent sound proofing. And considering the location the traffic isn't too bad during rush hour.

They are always looking for ways to improve the living experience here at City Green.We so enjoy living at City Green Apartments. Please disregard old negative reviews, Amy and her team have been managing City Green since before we moved here in August, 2021. This team has exceeded our expectations and we are confident they will continue to do so. Issues are dealt with on a very timely and at times pro-active basis.City Green is located on a quiet street in the Yankee Hill area of the East side of Milwaukee. Walking distance to the lakefront trails, Summerfest, Discovery World, museums, downtown theatre district, Third Ward, and Fiserv forum. An abundance of great restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Grocery store, Metro Market, is less than a block away.
