Mike Macauley: Great store. One of the very best I have been to. Great Jazz selection. So much rock you can hardly get through it. All used albums are cleaned and at least VG and above. Used CD’s are clean and typically in new cases. I have never got anything close to bad. They also carry new records and cd’s, as well as equipment and I think some clothing. The manager is super nice. She has been there many years and knows her stuff. All the employees are helpful as well!Thanks Record Head

I followed up with some questions about my small business and some PS5 issues we were having and the manager I’m assuming and the associate, even though they didn’t really have to tell me anything, took the time out of their day to walk me through pretty extensive knowledge of the issue I was having which greatly helped me. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience and the customer service 10 out of 10 and that’s coming from a retail worker.
