Autoplex has saved me literally thousands of dollars by being honest with me and telling me exactly what needs to be repaired and nothing else. Travis emphatically introduced himself upon arrival, and quickly set us up with a test drive for the vehicle we were interested in. Returning to the office, we comfortably discussed pricing and were never met with any phony tactics, rapport-building techniques or other gratuitous antics. The owner, Billy, came in and introduced himself as well, and we continued comfortable, realistic negotiations. When all was agreeable for both parties, we were delighted to move forward on the vehicle we drove upwards of an hour to see and drive. Travis and Billy upheld an impressive balance of professionalism and friendliness that was refreshing and graciously appreciated. Yeah I feel like they should check the cars better before selling them or at least informing the buyer that it will need to be serviced for specific issues before fully selling the car but besides that everything was good. I recently got a very nice car from here but unfortunately the car had actual Jeep Recalls that aren’t really at fault of this specific dealer. They definitely were nice even after I flipped out on them for 2 days because I was mad about the situation. They took us in to try to fix what they could and scheduled an appointment to take it to Jeep. I would recommend people here.

Samantha Hamilton: We used caring transitions to clear out my uncle's house. I was very surprised with the outcome of the sales, and Kelly and her team were excellent to work with. Kelly was great with communicating during the process, and made clearing out his house easy and seamless. It was definitely worth the investment to hire Kelly and her team!
Dennis Waters: Kelly and her crew did a an amazing job removing furniture and other household objects from the house we were selling. This was not an easy job and they were a determined and hard working crew. I would have given 5 stars if they had provided an inventory of items to be sold before starting the sale. I did get a listing after the fact, which is not really what I wanted.

We were transitioning from a 2000 sq foot house to a 1200 sq foot 2bed/2bath apartment and we had A LOT of stuff to sort through and get rid of prior to our move. We were not as organized as we were hoping but the ladies were always so nice and helpful, especially to my husband who is having health issues. They helped us figure out what to sell vs what to donate and the whole process was painless and fun in the end to see things bid on in the online auction. We just don't think we could have gotten through this whole process without the help of Caring Transitions!

They guided my husband and me through a very difficult process of downsizing from our large home of 30 years to a small condo. They were much higher than I imagined they would be.Then they took care of every thing else that wasn't sellable, either donating or disposing it.
