Mike McQueen: My wife and I signed up for open water training in February of 2020, of course that didn't pan out well. They held our place until we were ready to complete the course. We signed up over this last summer and received our open water certification in October. The online course, pool dives, and open water dives, though cold, were all spot on. We moved through the material thoroughly and efficiently thanks to instructor Ron's guidance. Before heading to the Caribbean this winter we needed to get our Nitrox certifications. Jerry not only was willing to stay until 9pm to help us meet our goals with our busy schedule but he also offered 8am the following day as an option.I do my best to not overutilize the generosity of others but the offer to go above and beyond is seen less and less these days. Not here though, Jenny, Jerry, and their crew are personable, accommodating, understanding, and reflect not only professionalism but humanity at its finest. In a time when we see less they give more.

Scott Arbit: We bought two dive computers with transmitters, last week. The skillful and knowledgeable team at Aquatic Adventures carefully explained the pros and cons of various computers to make certain that we would have appropriate computers to fill our needs. They far exceeded expectation by taking time to put the data we wanted to see on each screen and in the order that made sense for each of us. The AA team even helped us to download the computer apps on our cell phones and made sure that we were synced and that we knew how to work the computers both directly and through our cell phone apps.The entire team at Aquatic Adventures, led by Jenny and Jerry, is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. They ensure that every experience with AA is a positive one.

Richard Weil: We wanted to rent wet suits for a triathlon. The staff was terrific! They were friendly and helpful in trying to find suits that worked, and very patient as we tried them on. Unfortunately they only had heavier ones than would be allowed for the event, but they did everything possible to make this work. Both my wife and I were really impressed with the care and professionalism shown at Aquatic Adventures.

shivani gupta: were so helpful and patient with me while I struggled as A non-swimmer and was not comfortable under water. It took few tries to be able to just breathe in water and then finally be a bit comfortable that I stayed for longer each time I dived in. They stayed with me throughout the class. They taught us few tricks and skills needed. Hope to take another session soon and target going in open waters with them..

Justin Anderson: The team of staff here are amazing. They train you well both in the classroom and in the water. They don't skimp out on lessons, dive practice or your overall education. I personally observed that if you can't complete the necessary skills you will have to do extra training till you get it right. If you want a quality education and staff this is the place, if you just want to pass a class with instructors who don't care then find somewhere else. They also have a well stocked shop for your diving needs as well as gear service.

Sukhwinder Kaur: Went on a SCUBA trip through Underwater Connection to Cozumel MX. This was mine and my fiancé's first non-class dives. It was an absolute blast! Mike and Randy were extremely patient and knowledgeable. They organized everything to a T and the trip wouldn't have been nearly as amazing without them! The trip group was very welcoming and fun!We also rented dive equipment from the shop to take along for the trip. I had some issues with my equipment but Mike and Randy helped me troubleshoot and resolve it safely.We would go on another trip with them in a heartbeat!

Tanner Harrington: Went on the Cozumel 2021 trip with underwater connections and not being a regular or for that matter never being in the shop before the trip I was nervous that I would be an outsider on the trip. I was wrong after only one day with Mike and the group I felt like I had known them for the past ten years. Gary Dobraska: Extremely helpful and knowledgeable people here. They will get you get you set up and diving like a professional. I was certified over 17 years ago and they were able to look that up and get me a new diver card or ID. Also getting me set up with a refresher course. Anything scuba, go here. Looking for am awesome scuba trip to do or go on. . . . Come here they have trips to sign up for and can give you the scoop on all the awesome local dives. They seem to have stuff going on almost every weekend. Again highly recommend for anything snorkel or scuba.
