B Mumm: This was the best experience I ever had the pleasure dealing with. The owner is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. Mainly because there was a discrepancies with the milage and without me saying a word he contacted the dispatch office to confirm the previous documentation of when it was last used. Scott Sawejka: Called AER Trailers w/a question about my two place jet ski trailer. Looked like there was grease coming out from the wheel bearing. Dave said to bring it in and he would have a look. I was there all of 10 minutes when he looked at it, told me there was plenty of grease and put a new cap on that was not in good shape. When asked what I owe him, he took nothing. Amy Krymkowski: Overall my experience was positive. The attendants and staff were professional and took great care of me. My only concern, which I shared with the attendant when returning the truck, was a faulty ramp on the back of the 15' truck I rented. Instead of remaining securely attached to the truck, my movers indicated it fell off and onto the road at the start of my move. This in turn caused some delays in the loading and unloading process because the movers had to manually adjust the ramp to get it back inside the rear of the truck. A future repair is needed.
