TerryAnne H: I Highly recommend PC Repair and Networking. Called in a crisis when my old but favorite lap top kept stalling and freezing. I run my business from home and literally live on my PC -- all I kept thinking about was "How was I going to continue to serve my clients?" Within minutes I was able to pack it up and drop it off. I was given a list of about 2-3 things that could be wrong with it and gave an estimate of what I was willing to pay to get it fixed and in about 2.5 hours I got a call that it was all ready. They not only solved the problem by replacing the hard drive but also removed a bunch of junk, cleaned my screen and keyboard. AND the final price was way under what was estimated! I have a brand new PC for not a whole lot of money!

The store owner let me drop my stuff off after business hours, which was extremely helpful because I worked late that day. They even gave me a little tube if thermal paste for free lol. And yes my parts worked, I just had them flash my bios because I didn't have an older CPU on hand.

Poo Poo Platter Productions: I flew in from Los Angeles I'm order to scout a location for filming and had a power point presentation to give 1 hour after landing back to LAX. My 2021 MacBook Pro was in my backpack that I Accidentally left on top of the Uber and it flew off thr took and cracked my screen!! Thankfully i was able to retrieve it 2 blocks away. As I was left at the airbnb in West Allus I searched for someone to repair my macbook as soon as possible. I picked this place due to its convenient location and Michael really knows his stuff. He was diligent he was knowledgeable he was punctual and he delivered I would recommend them to anyone that is in a dire situation and needs their computer as soon as possible and at an affordable fee thank you Michael!! Elana Skier: Excellent warranty repair service provided by Jason. I had a Lenovo yoga 613 that randomly shut off only 4 months after buying it. Vanguard kept me updated throughout the repair process so I would know what lead times to expect/when it was finished. I haven't had any problems with the laptop since! Definitely trust and recommend them.
Melissa Goff: was polite and informed me that there a bit backed up and the repair could take 1-2 weeks. I brought my computer in and the same person I talked to on the phone quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get my computer in to be fixed. Today, the following Monday, I called just to check up and see if there was an update. The same person informed me that my computer was being worked on as we spoke and would be finished in a few hours. A few hours later I got a call that the computer was done and I could pick it up. Bottom line the people at Vanguard are polite, professional, fast, and thorough. If I have any more issues with my laptop I will be taking it there.

Tirrell Cotton: I recently purchases a new Lenovo Yoga 720 and after a month the display was going bad. Lenovo wanted me to send it in for repairs, which would have taken weeks from shipping to receiving it back. I sent an email to Vanguard because I noticed that they were a Lenovo repair dealer. They responded right away and I was able to drop off my laptop that same day. 2 business days later I have my laptop back and it looks great!!!
