No pressure to buy an extended warranty, but I actually did end up getting one; I rarely buy extended coverage on anything I purchase, but in this case the price and coverage actually made sense to me. Would certainly do business with them again and recommend them.

Timothy Soczka: I have a pretty unique “vintage” bike. 1986 Yamaha Vmax. I noticed they had a 1985 when I checked them out in March. I had a lot of issues with idle, low & mid range performance. Small oil leak also. After a short discussion, we agreed on cost of carb cleaning/tuning. After a couple weeks i got it back & she was like a new beast. Performing like it was new! No oil leak. John Arendt: I found a bike online and was immediately messaged about the bike. I had great service with the sales rep Jake and great contact with the finance director Jeff. Ontop of not being pushy to a bike the process was simple and headache free. They put what I wanted first and answered the questions I had quick. Additionally the owner made a point to reach out and offered assistance with anything I needed. Keep in mind I purchased on a Saturday morning with the owner on site as well as everyone I was in contact with about the bike. Highly recommended not just for Indians but for all brands. I purchased an 04 road king.

Johnny DeLap: I have been riding bikes since I was 8 years old, I had sold my bike 6 years ago, and I was so anxious to finally get back out there. I was looking for a Shadow because I know they are reliable and I like the look of them. I searched the internet and found what I thought was the perfect bike, I went to look at it and it didn't have a scratch on it, the bike had hardly any miles on it, and it was priced right. I put some money down and came back a couple days later for a test drive. The bike had a afterfire issue, but I figured it was something that could be resolved so I bought the bike anyways. The issue seemed to get worse so I contacted Luke, and he told me they would do what they could. They had the bike for a couple weeks, and let me know it was done. I went to pick it up, but it still had the problem, Luke offered to buy the bike back, and I thought that was a stand up thing to do, considering the fact they didn't have too, the bike was used. I am disappointed that I now don't have a bike to ride, but sometimes things like this are just meant to be. I just wanted to give Luke a shout out and tell him how grateful I am that he let me out of this deal, and ask him to forgive me for being such a pain in the customer. I really wish the issue could have been resolved with the bike, my wife and I were looking forward to getting some travel in this summer.

They don’t list the Eastside on the website any longer—and it seems like they are making the pivot to road bikes. It would be worthwhile to pick one up while they are still around.Wabi Bicycles, All City, Milwaukee Bicycle Co. and Surly might offer a better build but for over twice the price.The Eastside I bought with my stimulus check has gotten me through Uber Eats delivery—paid for itself—and now to work each day on my 2 mile commute.These are popular bikes, and you’ll see Fyxation bikes most places you go in Milwaukee.

Jacob Rindfleisch: Got a Pixel 7 from them. This is the best bike I’ve ever owned. Comfortable, easy assembly, smooth ride. It was supposed to ship August 30th but I got it on October 9th. It’s not really their fault. They were waiting on the manufacturer, it’s Covid, there’s just a shortage on all commodities right now. I emailed them twice about my order status and they responded within a few hours with an update. Fantastic shop. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. They deserve all of the rave reviews.

Nossy Drelich: This is an awesome place to get your bikes fixed! My niece needed her bike tires fixed as well as a headstand. Another bike place said it would be three weeks due to the virus and it would cost 70. This place did it in half an hour, and said that the bike just needed new tunes, not a whole tire, and they charged 40. Very friendly and responsive staff.
Kyle Kleinbeck: Fyxation is an excellent homegrown company that is highly supportive of MKE's bike community. The staff are extremely helpful and their branded products are also excellent quality. As a bike commuter in NYC when I lived there, a pair of fyxation's lightly treaded road tires would last me 3-4 times as long as Gatorskins for serious urban riding on dry or wet pavement. They can even handle a little bit of soft or packed snow surprisingly well.
