Michael P: Hey, this place is a little dusty when it's dry but man do they have the bulk good for your landscaping needs.Topsoil, mulch and just about any type of stone or gravel you can imagine can be delivered . I got some crushed granite which I shoveled into buckets in the back of my Santa Fe. Pay by the bucket.
Jessica Kelley: We had a very large patio project that we have been working on. We ended up needing more sand delivered before the upcoming weekend. I went outside at 440 pm on a friday to find that the sand delivered was not the same as what we had previously been using. Austin not only answered my call 15 minutes before closing time on a friday, but also made a trip to our home by 530 to assess the situation. At 830 Saturday morning we had a dumptruck in front of our house, delivering the correct sand. I have not been this impressed with customer service in years and years. Austin went WAY above and beyond what was expected. We are now loyal customers for life !!

Rachel Karlin: We hired Bluemel’s Summer 2023 for two drainage projects. I was happy with their responsiveness, their easy-to-use job management tool, and the completed work.First, they tied together a gutter downspout and sump pump discharge, buried them underground and had them discharge at the back of the yard. Jim was our sales person and it was clear he and Bluemel’s have experience with this type of work and were confident in their approach. The stone basin they added at the end of the discharge area was a really nice touch! The grass seed and fertilizer they applied in the disrupted area was applied well and grew in very nicely, despite it being August when the work was done.Second, Jim also helped us figure out how to address a tricky drainage situation by our chimney. Although my clematis and tulips did not survive the work, we are happy the drainage issue is addressed.The work was done when promised, and there were no issues whatsoever!

Their delivery fee is more than reasonable and they usually get it to us the same day! We also use them for our landscape rock. Their prices are much better than other landscape supply places in the area, that's for sure! They are, and will remain, our trusted landscape supplier!

Mike Reuter: Raul came out to give an estimate and called back to answer any questions I had. I had previously had many trees cut down. Rodriguez Landscaping removed concrete and other stones, stump grinding debris, put down 5 yards of topsoil to prepare areas for seeding, installed fertilizer, grass seed, and covered areas with hay. They did a lot of work, and charged me for what they originally estimated. I have used Rodriguez before, and will use them in the future! Thanks, Raul and your team for a great job! Now I have to water a lot and pray for rain!!Update:June 5, 2023 Grass was not growing and coming in patchy. Called Rodriguez to notify. I had watered every day from when grass was planted May 15 - June 5.July 6, 2023 Went to Rodriguez to show them all the quack grass growing. Told them I'd like work redone in September because of hot weather. Sent an email; never received a response.August 9, 2023 Went to Rodriguez and talked to Raul. He said the quack grass seed was in the soil he put down; he said it could have come from anywhere. I asked him to come back and redo work. He seemed open to that.September 11, 2023 Sent an email but got no reply. I am asked for bad quack grass to be sprayed and killed and new seed put down. I called on September 13 and left a message.September 14 they cut grass and applied a herbicide.September 30 came to reseed.I have watered and it has rained. Here is the result. Some of the photos are out of order chronologically. But you'll see in photos what area looked like before they did work to quack grass to last photos in late October when new grass seed was growing but still patchy. All the office people at Rodriguez were very nice.I also had Rodriguez come to my home. They power washed patio and put down new polymeric sand. The patio looks much better, the cracks are filled in, and sand seems to be holding.

They completed a large corner retaining wall and second retaining wall around my garage but first had to tear apart all the rotting railroad ties. Thanh Nguyen: front yard needed replacement, we knew who to call. Their project manager Dave gave us a detailed proposal, and when we approved it, he got right to work dealing with the city of New Berlin, pulling the necessary permits, obtaining a survey, and getting the project approved. The work they did was absolutely beautiful. They exclusively use the Interlock system for retaining walls, professional quality blocks that lock together and are reinforced with steel rods… much better than home center materials that some contractors use. The resulting wall is perfectly straight and aligned, except for the ends which terminate in gentle, attractive curves. They leveled and compacted the earth above the wall, and reseeded the lawn, leaving us with detailed instructions on care for the new grass. As for price, they weren’t the cheapest, but certainly very competitive considering the quality of their work.
