My customer service experience was phenomenal from my first call to ask questions throughout the rest of the process.Placing an order was easy and I felt very informed when doing so. The pricing was very competitive too. However, I was later informed my items would not be available as quickly as hoped. My customer service rep offered to help me find replacement items which were available right away and changed the order for me.When my furniture arrived, one of the pedestals was damaged in shipping. One quick call and with little fuss, a replacement was on it's way. Two weeks later when I had all undamaged parts, I assembled everything only to find the doors for the hutch were the wrong size. Again, one short call resulted in new doors coming.Now that my furniture is complete, it is clear the quality is outstanding, particularly for the price which was similar to local offerings of poorer quality.No company avoids all problems. Having problems isn't what matters, it's how they deal with them when they arise. If I could give OF2Go more stars I would! Don't hesitate to purchase furniture from them.

Gail Holm: This is an amazing business, the owners and staff are top-of-the-line. They have furniture and decor for every room of the house and everything they have has quality and value. Everything is very well taken care of and at very good prices. They offer delivery, too! Sadly, because of COVID-19, they are closing their doors in August and I encourage you to check them out before this treasure is gone for good.

Daniel Richardson: I have been looking for a standing desk ever since I had started working from home but I was never able to find anything that wouldn’t break the bank. I decided to drive over to Michalsen‘s just to see if they had anything and right when I walked in they had a used standing desk for sale in the price that I was looking for. The top however was the wrong color to match my living room so I talked with Jerry and asked if he had any other color options available that would still keep it in that price. He called me by the next day to let me know that he had found a top that matched what I was looking for. My first visit was when I was asked to stock our refurbished school library with sturdy tables, solid chairs, and low wooden shelves. I was able to get a whole set of upholstered office chairs, two really durable tables and clean, real wood shelves for less than half the cost of a typical school supply catalog. I’ve since bought some file cabinets—they have a terrific selection of those.This past week, I bought a really nice quality file cabinet for $89.00. The man I worked with, Jerry, even fitted the drawers with hanging folder apparatus and some folders he had on hand. Just a very nice place to find great deals, with helpful, friendly staff!

Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.

Cori Mill: I wanted to try a thrift store other than Goodwill. This place certainly looks like it won’t have much but I recommend you check it out. They have furniture reasonably priced which is hard to find these days. They have variety, so you will find something. Plus your money goes to a great cause. They also give senior, military, teacher, police, fire, etc discounts. Stop in and find your treasure.
Brian Williams: This is my favorite thrift store n the Milwaukee area. The staff is super friendly, and they have an amazing selection of furniture, antiques, cloths, art and everything else your can think of. They also have one of the larger book selections in our area, and a special section for holiday items. Everything is sorted and organized really well, but make sure you test your electronics before you buy them. They'll take returns with reciept but why risk it lol I stop in almost every week and ALWAYS find something I can't leave without. Thank you everyone for always being so friendly and helpful. I bought a well made dresser and an old desk that I'll remake into 2 end tables for the bedroom.There seems to be a good amount of staff here so when you purchase anything they can help you loads it into your vehicle. Even if you pick up later they will put it in the back room for you for an easy pick up later.
