It could save you mucho dinero.

He was patient and gave a thorough explanation of his findings. He explained my options for repairs and went through the pros and cons of those choices. Overall I'm impressed by the communication. Its something lacking at a lot of these place but I did not experience it here.

Shane Bloomer: My 10 year old computer was shutting down on its own shortly after starting up. Brought it into MPC-Greenfield, the technician looked inside and saw that the fans were completely covered with dust. He said took it in back to clean right away, then it worked properly. No charge for the repair and I was able to take it back to work right away.
Christian Lindau: Technician Joseph saved the day! I was hung up on two motherboard standoffs and he made it happen. He, as well as the rest of the team, is extremely knowledgeable in the ever-changing field of CPUs and GPUs. I highly recommend this business.

Elana Skier: Excellent warranty repair service provided by Jason. I had a Lenovo yoga 613 that randomly shut off only 4 months after buying it. Vanguard kept me updated throughout the repair process so I would know what lead times to expect/when it was finished. I haven't had any problems with the laptop since! Definitely trust and recommend them.
Melissa Goff: was polite and informed me that there a bit backed up and the repair could take 1-2 weeks. I brought my computer in and the same person I talked to on the phone quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get my computer in to be fixed. Today, the following Monday, I called just to check up and see if there was an update. The same person informed me that my computer was being worked on as we spoke and would be finished in a few hours. A few hours later I got a call that the computer was done and I could pick it up. Bottom line the people at Vanguard are polite, professional, fast, and thorough. If I have any more issues with my laptop I will be taking it there.

Tirrell Cotton: I recently purchases a new Lenovo Yoga 720 and after a month the display was going bad. Lenovo wanted me to send it in for repairs, which would have taken weeks from shipping to receiving it back. I sent an email to Vanguard because I noticed that they were a Lenovo repair dealer. They responded right away and I was able to drop off my laptop that same day. 2 business days later I have my laptop back and it looks great!!!

I built many computers in my time and really never had this many issues with windows I spent over 16 hours on it before I called quits and took it to Cudahy pc. Used CD’s are clean and typically in new cases. I have never got anything close to bad. They also carry new records and cd’s, as well as equipment and I think some clothing. Nicholas Susedik: Best record store in town in my opinion. They have a large selection, their hip hop selection is best I’ve seen. Staff is great. Really cool people who are also the owners. I recommend stopping there and checking it out.
Josh Flint: Always a lovely time going to Lilliput! Most of my records I've gotten at shops have been from Lilliput. I really enjoy its warm and moody interior, it helps make browsing far more enjoyable. The selection is also great for my tastes, and they seem to restock fairly frequently. The employees have also been respectful and kind every time. Keep on being great guys!Edit after another year of shopping at Lilliput: still a fantastic shop.
