I told them what I had and what I wanted. They have a variety of all kinds of machines there. Judy showed me around and took the time to make sure I was happy with the machine I picked. She gives lessons she is so knowledgeable and talented at sewing and embroidering. The store has lots of sewing needs. From rolling carts to put your machine in and embroidery designs to buy. Definitely go there. You will be so pleased.

In my opinion their main business seems to be selling sewing machines, and just a few brands, so they won’t have everything you could imagine a “sewing center” might have, but what they do have is pretty good quality.

Today, 5/6/24 I finally plugged the machine in to see if it even turned on and to my surprise it seems like it would work fine. I did chuckle a bit as there's a foot pedal to make it work. However, for what I'm thinking of using it for I believe it has more than I need as to options. Tomorrow I have an appointment with my massage therapist and will take the machine with so I can stop in and discuss the value of keeping it. Hopefully a sewing class will start soon and an opening will be available. I look forward to working with the two ladies I met.

Theresa Muehlbauer: The first time I walked into Sew Much Much more, I had a 30 year old sewing machine in need of service and not one clue about how to sew. Every employee I've spoken with since that day, whether when I was shopping or taking classes, has been incredibly kind and more than happy to help answer the many, many questions I had. I took their beginner's course this past fall and, in one two-hour session, I made a pillowcase. This may not seem like a big deal to experienced sewers, but I could not have been more thrilled. I've now also taken their Beginner's skill building course and am signing up for one-off project sessions. Thanks to Sew Much More, I can now say that I sew, I enjoy doing it, and feel like I have what will hopefully be a lifelong hobby. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly are a one stop shop for whatever you need!

This e475 is lighter but offers all that I could possibly want. Diane Wyck: . The suit was about 15 years old. It needed the pants shortened, and overall, it was a bit too big on him. The seamstress suggested taking in the suit coat, and the pants for a more modern look as well as hemming the pants. It was done way faster than originally quoted. The suit looked great on my son, especially with the updated look! I was very pleased with their expertise and courteous manner! I highly recommend their services!
Sandra Tisdale: I need address for my granddaughter and I found that it needed a zipper put in so that she could wear it longer. So I took it to seem so perfect and I just picked it up and the proprietor did an excellent job I am very happy with the work that she did. I can do zippers but when it comes to adding something that's already made I am not knowledgeable in this area. I am very happy with the work she did on the dress. I would definitely take and go to her for any alterations that I would have to be done in the future period. I did pay a lot for the zipper to be put in however it was well worth my money and I would go there for other items as well. She does phenomenal work!

Lydia Albrecht: I recently bought a snowsuit that was unfortunately too long in the torso. After calling multiple places and being turned away, I found this shop and I'm so thankful I did! I received it back today and it fits like a glove! The lining looks very good and the outer seams are excellent! It actually took me a while to even find the seam as it blended in so well with the original design. I feel like the amount I paid was well earned for the quality of the work.

Maricela Chavez: Wow, this woman did some major alterations to three of my leather garments.The leather vest she brought in the shoulders cuz they were way extended out and she tightened up the collar as you can see in the photos.The plain leather jacket she chopped off the fly collars and made it colorless as you can see she also extended the sides to fit me perfectly for zipping up.She also is at the moment extending a zip-up old classic leather jacket for me. Sew and Save always got them up and running for us. In addition, they saved us from disaster during a couple of productions when the machines needed immediate repairs! Jim always gave me the info and had the materials I needed. When I decided to buy a Janome sewing machine. Jim took the time to go through the options and after I bought it, I received free lessons on how to use it!! They always are giving back to our Racine community! I buy from Sew and Save instead of online because I get the service and expertise I need to keep my machines running.

Jacob Holmes: Virginia has cultivated such a great environment of knowledge and encouragement that alongside her expertise for any project you may want to do, that this is THE one-stop shop for leather related crafts in South Eastern Wisconsin. They don't do repairs, but instead can teach you the means to do it yourself; a real teach a man to fish philosophy. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
Alyssa Hensiak: Needed to create a belt extender, went in knowing next to nothing other than what I researched myself. Service was impeccable. I was walked around the store and shown the tools I would need and recommended materials that would be budget friendly. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here for your novice or professional leather working needs.
