This is one of the best places to go.They have an active news station here that lends out thier studio to MATC and if you take that degree you end will work with people who are actively in the feild. They get you hands on with equipment within the 1st 2 weeks consistently and are very accommodating for accessibility. Half these reviews are reviewing the school as a whole... and you should not go here for a school name you should go here for hands on experience. I will say the school body is unhelpful and if you really want help go through you teachers and program heads.

T3LLA: Great school if you’re ready to buckle down and focus! Universities can have a lot going on and be really distracting, but this school has a balance. There’s definitely fun activities every now and then but when it comes to the academics, they will not leave you hanging either. The classroom sizes are reasonable, giving you the chance to have all of your questions heard and answered.

Alexander Salas: My experience in MATC IT Computer Support Specialist program is limited but good so far. I chose to pursue this degree because it lines up well with my current work experience and career goals. So far, I have been able to take all my classes online with no scheduled class times, so I can complete assignments at my own pace without interfering with my work schedule. I have chosen the IT Support Associate Degree program, for two reasons: One the program is only two years, I’ll be able to launch into the job market faster, and because IT is such a diverse, and fast growing career path, I know I will find a fit into the IT world upon graduation. I chose MATC because MATC is convenient and conventional. I can take classes online, at my own pace, and be on campus for the classes I need more focus and dedication to. This IT program combined with my 10 plus years customer service experience, I know I will be able to reach any career goal I set. Now, while my interest in computers and knack for problem solving I know this career path will be suitable for me, however, to any prospective student looking for a quick money type of career, this program is not for you. This program consists of lots of physical and mental work, also taking consideration of the customers you are serving. If a prospective student welcomes challenges and is comfortable with asking questions and not feeling intimidated by the mass amount of information you will retain then this is a program for you. Prospective students should also be aware that they don’t have to work or figure stuff out alone, one of my favorite accommodations is having access to tutoring, whether online or in person- at all campuses. Fellow future students should also know that acquiring their degree at MATC is a smart money move, students can save thousands of dollars getting their education here, as opposed to a four year college/university. Future students should also know that credits will transfer to a four year college such as MSOE or UWM.

The high caliber of the organization is reflected in its rapid adoption of virtual teaching made necessary by the COVID pandemic. The Institute didn't miss a beat in moving to a virtual platform. It has the technical expertise and member dedication to pull that off almost seamlessly. I'm proud to be a member of an organization that recognize me as an individual and values my input and membership.

It is a very hands on, fast paced program, that prepares you for a job in the dental field right after completing the program. The program chair, Mrs. Maria, is very knowledgeable and knows everything you need to know about the dental field. She is a very helpful resource and instructor that is always there to answer any questions you might have about anything and is always there to help you out with things you might not understand. Career Services also a very good resource, they assist you in writing your resume and prepare you for interviews. Milwaukee Career College really sets you up for success upon finishing the program.

It's an accelerated course system. One day = one to two weeks. Suck it up buttercup or at least read what you got yourself into.

Jessica Cox: I'm at the West Allis Campus studying for ITUSP, usually every other Monday and Thursday. I choose this for more then just to land a job in the field but also to improve on my understanding on computers and to better improve my communication to others. I personally cannot compare since this is the only college I have gone to for this, however I will say the staff here are phenomenal at what they do and help to the best of their abilities. I choose MATC for IT support because it was the closest campus to me and my bf recommended it to me when he was going to MATC for a completely different degree. I feel this is a good degree for those who enjoy problem solving, love for computers and technology and well those who would like to know more about their own devices so they can troubleshoot on their own and save themselves some money in the long run. I do feel it would be good to navigate back to being in the classroom more for technical stuff however since it can be challenging to do from home at times if you need help. Or at least offer both options, but that is more a personal opinion. The campus is otherwise amazing and I would recommend it if you have an interest in IT or any other degree.

Bea Marie: I have two remaining classes solely online, as well. I enjoy attending the West Allis campus because I am close to work. I like that after class I can utilize the computer lab or library to work on class assignments. It is a much quieter environment than the downtown college, which is a huge plus for me. Dr. Martinez is a wonderful professor and makes networking much easier to understand when I attend the in class sessions, allowing me to feel more confident in working in the IT field. If you are interested in IT you should consider reaching out to one of the Pathway Advisors to help you choose which program you would like to pursue

I chose MATC because of its proximity to my house, and the great reputation it has for job placement for graduates. This program has been leading me to success in the field by giving me all the resources I need to succeed. I love the use of blackboard for online classes and for submitting work. The tutoring program is expansive and I recommend using it if you need to catch up or need a little help. Overall a great experience so far. The teachers are enthusiastic and helpful. They want to see you succeed and learn.

Nolan Mueller: I chose to do the IT network specialist program because I have always had a passion and interest for technology and I know IT pays well. I looked at a couple of different programs at different schools, but ultimately decided this was the school/program for me. Before enrolling I had a video interview with one of the program staff members, Patrick. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and then some. Some of the staff members that will go above and beyond to help you which I really appreciate. I want to get into cybersecurity, and this program is doing a very good job of giving me the fundamentals into the IT industry and offering multiple certification paths including ones into cybersecurity. I would definitely recommend this school/program for anyone looking to explore or start out in the IT field.

Aidan Pritchett: I haven't taken every class for this program, but I think it's a reasonably priced ticket into getting an Associates degree in a good program.I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff, and I like that most of the classes are either partially or fully online.The only downside to me is that West Allis is a bit long of a drive, especially when several of the classes start in the late afternoon, when traffic is busiest.

I choose it as a career because I'm always willing to troubleshoot and help people with problems surrounding different problems with different devices that use different OSes, and different software. The IT Support Program is a very good choice to those who wanna get into Computer Specialist or Mobile Device Administration or simply love technology and also love helping out to the best ability at the same time. I selected MATC IT Computer Support because I figured I can get education and then get a career in software troubleshooting and data analyzing. I mainly adore the software managing, and supporting computer networks as I figure I can excel very much quickly and adapt into those parts of the IT Computer Support program. I appreciate the important accommodations and features in Downtown MATC such as Adaptive/Assistive Technology, Computers with enlarged text, Note-taking accommodations, and Test accommodations. These will greatly benefit all other students or prospective candidates to help them excel and get high grades in their classes and on their tests or exams they take.

Omen Brown: The IT Computer Support Program at MATC is perfect for someone hoping to get technical and soft skills to enter the IT Profession. While going through the program you will also be able to acquire industry standard certifications like COMPTIA A+, Network+, And Security+ and many more. The program helped me with passing my Net+ exam and soon I’ll take A+ and Sec+ exams. You'll also be taught soft skills like communication and listening skills for when speaking to end users, employers, and coworkers. Just make sure that you enjoy working with technology and have at least some knowledge of computer systems going into the program. Charlee King: This is the best CNA training program in Milwaukee. The instructor/owner of the program was very informative and understanding. This is a tough program but they make sure you understand the material for the tests. This program actually made me change my career path as I have a B.S in Sociology but now I’ve applied to get my B.S in nursing.

Very happy i decided to take the CNA class with Marcus was a great instructor and taught us everything we needed to know to pass the state exam. Christopher Sanger: I've been putting off getting my license for years because I didn't want to dedicate a full weekend to a course. It seemed like a drag. I was wrong. Ride Alive was a ton of fun, I walked away way more confident on a motorcycle and I had a great weekend. If you're considering it, just do it, and do it here. I have zero regrets, other than not doing it sooner.

Stephen Mueller: Great class to take. Appropriate for an absolute beginner as well as new riders with a little bit of practice under their belt. The rider coaches are just that—coaches. Riding instruction and encouragement are provided with humor mixed in to keep things light without being a distraction. You are learning to ride after all, and the risk management is emphasized with the new skills you are being taught to correctly control a motorcycle. Greg and Gary obviously enjoy what they do and it’s easy to feed off of their enthusiasm for riding.

SaintLoon (SaintLoon): I don't usually leave reviews, but this riding academy is well worth it! It was fun, love the knowledge and know how you gain from the course, especially in only a weekend! If your a beginner someone whos got a bike and needs the course to complete for your full license this course is awesome. Dont act like I did and sweat the small stuff, dont get me wrong definitely do your best but the environment is fun, friendly, and helpful!

Jacie Jermier: This is a great course! Instructors are really knowledgeable and very attentive. The in-person portion of the class is all done on the bike. The bikes offered by the class are also very forgiving and easy to learn on. Highly recommend to any new riders or riders that haven’t ridden on the road. 10/10

Christine Dunbeck: We had a wonderful experience! The instructors were patient, encouraging, and knowledgable. Overall we had a ton of fun. We passed the practical test during the course and passed the written test at the DMV a day later. We are now waiting on our new licenses to come in and are shopping for a motorcycle and gear. This is a great class for anyone with little to no riding experience. You start out with getting comfortable with the bike, assuming no experience, and walk away feeling confident about riding. KuHaKU: Both coaches are very amiable. They have professional knowledge and guide us patiently. You will learn everything about motorcycles and how to keep yourself safe in class. The coach will have a great tolerance for your mistakes and will not accuse you for no reason. On the contrary, every time you go to the next exercise, you will give detailed demonstrations and action analysis and will also make suggestions for your actions to be correct, which is very important for newbies. If I have friends who want to try motorcycle riding, I would highly recommend taking a Ride alive class.-YanJun

And they do everything they can to make sure you have a good time while learning too, from the free coffee to the atmosphere they created, it was a wonderful time learning and riding here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend
