Jackie Dupor: Went here for a wedding and it's a pretty solid venue for a wedding. Our biggest complaint is the long line at the bar since it's just the two owners/managers that bartend.

Chase Schachenman: that we had to nail down with the venue before moving forward with other vendors, and some of our emails went unanswered for a week or more which was a little stressful with the wedding coming up. A few months before our wedding we got a marketing email about an open house which also stated that June weddings should have already had their details meeting occur or scheduled, and no one had yet reached out to schedule our meeting so we had to do so ourselves. Definitely don’t hesitate to text the event staff as they respond quickly that way, but I’d still prefer that more was done over email.The venue itself is amazing and you’ll be stunned on the day of!
Lacie: From the outside, the Factory on Barclay does not look like much other than a brick building. However when you step inside it is gorgeous! Industrial chic seems to be the theme. Attended a family wedding held here and was impressed with the space, the decor, the lighting and all of the different sections available for use. There is separate get ready area for groomsmen + bridal parties with their own restrooms. On main level there is a bathroom area as well as another single use restroom near the entrance as well. Pleasant experience at the Factory on Barclay.

Getting ready suites are huge and a big plus.Recommended vendors usually sway people in the opposite direction because you have a smaller list of caterers to chose from, but it's evident that the staff at the Factory and Sarah have taken the time to curate a list of vendors that make a lot of sense for all different budgets and different experiences.We wouldn't do a thing differently regarding our venue search. Truly was the most beautiful day. Will add pictures once we get our formal pics from our photographer!

The spaces were perfect—the entryway was warm and trendy and welcoming; the dining room was spacious and classy; the getting-ready suites were super cute and bright and stylish; the bathrooms were clean; the bars were VERY stylish and spacious and cool; and even the space just outside of the building is beautiful and lovely for photos. Our caterer, Mission BBQ, was able to set up very easily. Justine Filapek: Cute little shop. Registered for the Metal Etching workshop that was scheduled for noon on Saturday. Arrived a little early to browse the shop but I arrived there were "Closed" and "Temporarily Closed while we deal with some issues" signs in the window and on the door. Not happy. Five other people arrived who were part of a bridal party and had the same reaction. There was no phone number nor email address referenced, just, "see our website." A little passed noon, on eof the other group received a phone call from the instructor stating she had overslept, was really sorry, but was on her way.It was frustrating, yes, but it's not a big corporate shop and things do sometimes happen.By the time we got inside, warmed up a bit, and settled into the back room where the workshop is, it was after 12:30. I wasn't in a hurry, so after getting over my frustration of initially thinking the class wouldn't happen and I was out my money, I was just fine. Relaxed.The class itself is very casual. The instructor is very sweet, informative, and friendly. Simple explanations. Can freehand or stamp your metal pieces for etching. Interesting and easy process. The instructor felt bad about being late so we got to do as many pieces as we wanted. No one took advantage it and went nuts, but we were able to make some really nice pieces. While they were in the acid, we got to pick out accessories and findings to go with our etched peices, and then assemble our jewelry. The instructor did help people with assembly who wanted/needed help.Great workshop to learn a new skill.

Sandi Landowski: Winkie's has been around forever and one of those shops that will leave an impression. Located on the corner of Silver Spring and Lake Dr. In Whitefish Bay. Upstairs, there are beautiful items to decorate your home for every day and for the holidays. A wonderful selection of keepsake Hallmark ornaments and other treasures. Items here can be a bit pricey. They also have a delightful candy counter filled with favorite Chocolates. You will also find a nice selection of cards, baby baby items, and other gifts. Downstairs, you will find a variety of items, including hard to find oil cloth on the rolls, craft items, and candy from days long gone, including the Reggie bar for those that remember that. This floor is more of the 5&10 variety, but not at the prices of past variety stores. Unfortunately, this store is not accessible if you aren't able to get up a few stairs. My daughter was able to access the four stairs to get in while I lifted her wheelchair up them. One staff member told me we'd be able to use the freight elevator to get downstairs, but when we were ready to head down, the upstairs staff said it wasn't available to the public. This has happened to use once before when we came. Eventually, someone called downstairs, and the woman who initially said we could use it assisted us, along with a young man, with the elevator.

We even took the tour and had a much more fun time than either of us expected. I've been coming to this place on and off for awhile for the never-disappointing coffee courtesy of Anodyne, and I would be quick to recommend this cafe to anyone staying in the Pabst district. Nothing beats the charm of this place.I will keep those memories of our days watching the hands of autumn fall on Milwaukee with him forever in my heart.
Chicago Cameraslinger: Freshest PBR you'll ever have! The tour is packed full of Americana history and Mark was a fantastic guide through it all. Beer just tastes better the more you know about it.The giftshop has every type of souvenir you could want to take home with you, too!

The owner even graciously suggested a children’s bookstore down the street when I told her what I was looking for. But I found everything I needed there. Such cute stuff and excellent customer service.
Caitlin Long: A beautiful children's boutique where you can find clothing and toys with charm and personality. Owner, Andy, is helpful and friendly. Her personal sense of style is on display in the carefully curated items for sale. Everything is top quality. You will find heirlooms here, but the style is very fresh and modern. Supporting a local business is easy when everything in this store is so darn cute!

Carlos Diaz (Rafa): . Two awesome cats will bless your presence as well ♡♡ Mr.Sanders seems a little more social, and Bustopher Jones is also a very cool guy. Downstairs is a cozy area with a lot more books and some chairs. They also have very cool vintage postcards by the entrance! I'm sure I'll keep noticing more really cool stuff here
