Jeff Beckmann: SHOE EMERGENCY!!! Bought a pair of Van's BMX Style 114's on August 18th in Phoenix. By September 22nd the sole was splitting and pulling away from the shoe on the right foot. I literally thought all may be lost as I bought them from a Zumiez out of state and did not register with that store. Your staff at the Southridge location and your 1st Assistant went above and beyond. From my initial phone conversation to my in store interaction your crew was solid! They heard my concerns/complaint, verified my complaint, and rectified the situation extremely professionally and promptly. Despite having a Van's store in the Milwaukee area with this kind of crew and service any future Van's I purchase will now be coming from your store and this crew of Awesome Young Thunder-Kats! Thanks for the help!

Kim McAuliffe: This place is THE BEST!! My son has True goalie skates and the blade broke. I called over 20 places in Chicago and across the US and no one had it in stock. They come from Canada so it was going to take several days and we are in the middle of playoffs. Milos took a blade off a skate he had in stock to make sure my son could play. No one else would do this- even Pure Hockey where we bought the skates offered no solution. Milos truly cares about his customers and went above and beyond to get my son back on the ice. As a former goalie, there is no one more knowledgeable about gearing up and making sure you have the right equipment. Brent Latino: I came across Moda3 by chance online, and I couldn't have been more lucky and pleased. They are an awesome company. They got really nice merchandise at good prices and the staff is extremely nice and pleasant from the interactions I've had with them, really A1 all around.
