Daniel Karwowski: I love The Rock!!!! It's the best thing in Franklin or Southern Wisconsin!!!! My recent adventure was going down the side of the ski hill on a mountain bike! There's a very intense trail that's actually scary!!! At one point I got off the bike and walked the bike down to avoid injuries!!! The pictures are mostly of the easier trails after the near vertical nail biters
barrett nelson: Wow! This place is so cool and the service is amazing! I was helped by a young man, I think his name was Henry, or Hank, I cannot recall, but he was one of the best people I have ever met.
Megan Anderson: this year. Last night was our final hangout, and I'm really going to miss it. For $350, you get four lessons, rentals, and a weekly drink ticket. It seems like such a steal, especially when our group only ended up being a group of two. The staff at the Rock are so friendly, including Kayla who greeted us each week when we signed in. Most importantly, I truly cannot say enough incredible things about our instructor Adam. It is clear he is so passionate about the sport. When you're 24 years late in learning a winter sport and your body doesn't pick things up with fearlessness and ease like you do when you are 6, Adam's approach to teaching is perfect. Adam naturally knows how to breakdown learning how to snowboard into something relaxed, fun, and understandable. I am genuinely so grateful for him. This group, and grabbing a drink after, is something I looked forward to each week. I can easily say our group, however small, felt like friends by the end and I am already scheming my plans and another round of Thirsty to Learn Thursdays for next winter at The Rock.

We were all in our mid to late 20’s but children to parents were having an amazing time.I want to give a shout out to their staff because they were incredible but especially one person who I didn’t catch his name sadly. But he was taller wearing a blue vest in his 20’s and has been working there for 3 years. He was really kind and made our experience even better.Thank you all!

The sky slope is moderate and is suitable for all level of the lover of skiing. Available also a lot of snow tubing tracks.

Evan Finch: Dude they are so nice on the phone, where they moved the date multiple times for a lift ticket that wasn't supposed to be transferrable. I skied at Crystal Ridge when I was a kid a bunch in the late 1990s, and it's better now. A park is right here in Milwaukee County I love to ski around. Wow! I love you, The Rock Snowpark.

I wish I could give a 100 stars.... After shop to shops trying to get my motor fix. Casanova's found my problem on my outboard motor within a few hours. Finally fixed and VERY happy. Highly recommend on Old Force motor and any others. Just be patience you will be happy. They are GOOD......

m: My name is Mark.In spring,we purchased a used pontoon boat from Pierre. It turned out that after taking delivery, there were a few mechanical issues. Nothing major, but they were Gremlins, and a little bit to track down. Pierre was confident and always maintained that he would solve the issues. After two service calls and a few more part replacements, the problems were solved. Throughout our experience with Casanovas, we always felt that our boat was Pierre's priority. We now have a reliable, trustworthy boat. With patience, understanding and the ability to see when people are working hard for you, I think it is worth giving people the chance to do a great job. Casanovas, and namely Pierre and his staff, did a great job for us. Because of that, my family had the greatest summer we could have had and we are really looking forward to next year. Thank you Pierre.
Brian Hinterthuer: I took my 1970 Evinrude 25 hp outboard motor to Pierre to diagnose why it wouldn't start. He and his amazing team of mechanical engineers found the issue and fixed it for me in a timely manner. Super professional and a straight shooter, I am thankful I took my outboard to Casanova's for repairs!
Jeffery Madison: I have been a boat owner for a few years, on my 4th boat, which means I didn’t know anything except how to purchase what looked like a good deal. I’m grateful for Casanova’s because they don’t just help me maintain my pontoon, Pierre has helped me learn how to handle it better, including loading it back on the trailer. When I have concerns, he checks them, tells me what’s wrong and how to resolve the issues. Even when the issue is me , lol. I’m still learning. Good people are priceless and I’m grateful I’m connected with Pierre and Casanova’s. He takes the time to make me a better boater, how could I not appreciate that. As long as Casanova is in business this is where I’m bringing my boats.

Shaan Somani: Lots of tennis and pickleball shoes at a reasonable price, many of which are on sale by $30-40 as compared to the online retail price. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cari Brennan: Absolutely the best experience. My sister and I came in to get fitted for skiing gear. From the skis to the helmet, we had the best time figuring out what we needed. If you ever need to get help for skis, ask for Aiden or Pete. They both did an amazing job helping us. We are complete beginners and with their guidance we were able to hit the slopes and looked good doing it! The owner was also so sweet and helpful and even wants us to come back in to show her the videos of our first time skiing. Their selection is amazing. We had 3 adults and 1 youth get fitted for skis and snowboarding. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our snow sport needs!

They gave me even tips of where to do go for snowboard around the area. They measure my boots with my board to make sure it fitted perfectly. I will highly recommend it and definitely going back.

michael collins: As far as REI goes, this one is great. Always plenty of staff on hand, they are always helpful. As long as you realize you are paying a bit extra for really nice stuff and a brick and mortar location you can go back to, then have at it. Checkout can get a bit bogged down but at least you can look at all the pretty colorful impulse buys as you wait to pay.

Tim, in the ski/bike department, assisted us with a return. I did not have the box and he could have been difficult. But, instead, he was kind and made me feel comfortable. He helped me find a replacement item and clearly explained the ski gear. He also explained the services they offer with ski bindings, clearly and kindly. I know nothing on this topic, so I really appreciate how he treated me kindly. He was excellent and education. I will be back.

Jeff Beckmann: SHOE EMERGENCY!!! Bought a pair of Van's BMX Style 114's on August 18th in Phoenix. By September 22nd the sole was splitting and pulling away from the shoe on the right foot. I literally thought all may be lost as I bought them from a Zumiez out of state and did not register with that store. Your staff at the Southridge location and your 1st Assistant went above and beyond. From my initial phone conversation to my in store interaction your crew was solid! They heard my concerns/complaint, verified my complaint, and rectified the situation extremely professionally and promptly. Despite having a Van's store in the Milwaukee area with this kind of crew and service any future Van's I purchase will now be coming from your store and this crew of Awesome Young Thunder-Kats!
