They got really nice merchandise at good prices and the staff is extremely nice and pleasant from the interactions I've had with them, really A1 all around. I wish they were local to me so I could pop into the brick and mortar and shop a little there! I will definitely make sure I do if I'm ever in Milwaukee.

Jeremy Poppy: I really cannot overstate how great of an experience it is going to Harleys. Every time I've visited the store, it's been evident that all the representatives put in tremendous effort and take pride in meeting their customers needs. Bob Norris is who I work with when I need an outfit and I can only wish I had met him years earlier! I used to fumble around other stores trying to determine if this jacket matches a shirt, tie, shoes, belt, etc and then just feeling overwhelmed and deflated. Even if they all seemed to match to me then I'm asking myself if that is really how they should fit. Now I just go talk to Bob at Harleys. He listens so closely to what I need and explains all the options that will accomplish what I am looking for in a particular outfit. Jeff was tremendously helpful, he showed fastidious attention to detail when helping me to choose every unique element from the buttons to the lining to the thread color. The suits for my groomsmen, ushers, ring bearer, flower dude, and additional family members were great on the wedding day as well. We had a few pants/shirts that came in a little short but the staff there worked quickly to make sure everyone fit comfortably in the suits. It was a tall task as we needed a lot of suits but they got it done. Shoutout to the staff, y’all made my time with you guys special!

Steven Carpenter: I bought boots for my wife for Christmas. Greg Hornak helped me pick them out and recommended them. Turns out we had to get them from another store but Greg worked that all out in time for Christmas! He was great and knew his stuff. After Christmas, they didn't actually fit perfectly but Greg helped my wife by getting a different size and then on the day we picked them up, he went the extra mile to help make fit adjustments. The store is nice but Greg's attention to detail and service was top notch! Thanks Greg!

maureen: Stan’s is the only place I go to for shoes because of a foot injury I sustained years ago in a car accident. Service is always good but Carlos is by far one of the most attentive, customer-centric, professional employees at Stan’s in Glendale. Given he’s in his 30’s & most of the women he assists are from 50-75, he is amazingly patient, understands foot problems, knows his stock & how the shoe brands should fit. He did not try to talk me into any shoe that wasn’t exactly right for me. He stretched a pair twice for me & now they are perfect. Carlos should train other employees in the service industry! Justine Filapek: Cute little shop. Registered for the Metal Etching workshop that was scheduled for noon on Saturday. Arrived a little early to browse the shop but I arrived there were "Closed" and "Temporarily Closed while we deal with some issues" signs in the window and on the door. Not happy. Five other people arrived who were part of a bridal party and had the same reaction. There was no phone number nor email address referenced, just, "see our website." A little passed noon, on eof the other group received a phone call from the instructor stating she had overslept, was really sorry, but was on her way.It was frustrating, yes, but it's not a big corporate shop and things do sometimes happen.By the time we got inside, warmed up a bit, and settled into the back room where the workshop is, it was after 12:30. I wasn't in a hurry, so after getting over my frustration of initially thinking the class wouldn't happen and I was out my money, I was just fine. Relaxed.The class itself is very casual. The instructor is very sweet, informative, and friendly. Simple explanations. Can freehand or stamp your metal pieces for etching. Interesting and easy process. The instructor felt bad about being late so we got to do as many pieces as we wanted. No one took advantage it and went nuts, but we were able to make some really nice pieces. While they were in the acid, we got to pick out accessories and findings to go with our etched peices, and then assemble our jewelry. The instructor did help people with assembly who wanted/needed help.Great workshop to learn a new skill.

Jeff Beckmann: SHOE EMERGENCY!!! Bought a pair of Van's BMX Style 114's on August 18th in Phoenix. By September 22nd the sole was splitting and pulling away from the shoe on the right foot. I literally thought all may be lost as I bought them from a Zumiez out of state and did not register with that store. Your staff at the Southridge location and your 1st Assistant went above and beyond. From my initial phone conversation to my in store interaction your crew was solid! They heard my concerns/complaint, verified my complaint, and rectified the situation extremely professionally and promptly. Despite having a Van's store in the Milwaukee area with this kind of crew and service any future Van's I purchase will now be coming from your store and this crew of Awesome Young Thunder-Kats! Thanks for the help!
