You don't work with a DJ company that assigns you a DJ, etc., you work directly with Mike the whole way through the process, which was a huge plus for us.Mike understands how to read a dance floor and he also understands weddings can be fluid events. He was really flexible and rolled with all the punches. We had people on the dance floor the entire night -- not once was it empty! Mike was also really smart about how he approached our requested songs knowing when to play them, and to make sure we were ready.Mike also had all the equipment needed to run our ceremony in a separate room than the reception. I honestly don't have enough good things to say and would happily hire Mike again.

They deliver exactly what they promise, respond immediately to questions, and handle even a small order as if we were their most important client. You can get a lighting fixture or microphones at many places in Milwaukee, but there are few places, event production businesses or otherwise, where you can get their level of customer care.

L Reiff: Needed a forklift to adjust a shifted load on my semi trailer. The rental process itself was normal however what stood out to me is with them knowing my load had shifted "partially my error" they still treated me with the utmost respect and at no time did I feel any kind of negative vibe. I'm not from the area but this location put United Rental in my book as a company I can trust.
Jerry Wick: Doug and Justin in the service department are great to work for. They do their best to make sure the proper repairs are being done on their equipment. There is a reason why United has such a large presence in SE Wisconsin.

Dave Boucher: This is the second time we have rented equipment from Area Rental. Both times, they wildly exceeded our expectations! The stair-scaffolding we rented the first time was solid, sturdy, and we felt safe using it. This time, we rented a pressure washer. That thing was an absolute beast and knocked out our job super fast! When we returned the washer, they automatically downgraded our 24-hour rental to a 4-hour rental, saving us money! The team at Area Rental is amazing! We will not rent anywhere else!

Nathan DeLadurantey: How do I begin to describe what excellent customer service looks like? Well, for starters I would tell you to visit this location. I've travelled and rented items all over the place - and this location will always stand out. I was in a bit of a jam late on a Friday afternoon - and really needed a skid steer. NO complaints from either the office or the yard - just simply amazing customer service and wonderful attitudes. In particular I'd like to mention Dante. This man is someone that any employer should be THRILLED to hire and have on staff. If I had a third-thumb, he'd be getting that in my approval. I hope he's there for many years to come, as there's no other place I'll go to rent equipment. I'd recommend this place to my friends, my kids, my wife, and heck - even people I don't like. In a world where rudeness can seem to prevail, this place stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. Their management should be congratulated and rewarded, as a team like this clearly is lead well. Kevin Shelley: I signed up online to take the MEWP class at Sunbelt Rentals in Waukesha. It was terrific to find the class here instead of having to travel out of state. Unfortunately, I arrived 30 minutes late because my printed sheet showed 9:00am. I missed that it also said EDT. It was on me.The instructor for this course was Kevin K. He is an excellent instructor. In addition to knowing his subject and the material inside out, he provided a wealth of additional information learned through his many years of working with equipment.Kevin K caught me up on the break with what I had missed in the first 30 minutes. All four of us got through the exam and went to demonstrate the maneuvers on the scissor lift and an articulating lift. Kevin was helpfully instructive to each person, even throughout and very patient. Further, we each received a business card if questions come up.This was an excellent training course and Kevin K is a credit to the Sunbelt organization.
