Recently I stopped in to replace my AV receiver and after talking with Dave we set up a complete system. Wow, what a difference. Fantastic system for movies and I'm now listening to music all of the time. Jacques stopped by this morning to help with some final tweaks and answered a few questions I still had with the setup. Thanks to both of you, I'm 110% satisfied with the results.

Then made recommendations. Provided impressive listening sessions. Dave has a no pressure approach that is appreciated. I purchased an integrated amp, Hegel 190. Bryston A1 loudspeakers. Andrew La Roche: If you are looking for high quality audio, hands down this needs to be a place you stop. Dave is so knowledgeable about what exists in the market and how they are manufactured. He has different speakers setup in rooms very similar to home environments so you get a real feel for what the speakers sound like. Nothing like the big box store experience.

I had an aftermarket radio that I've been wanting to install in a Porsche cayenne but was scared because the factory sounded so good and I just didn't trust anyone with the install. I went to one shop which will remain nameless for now but wanted 550 just for the Install granted the wiring harness is 400 alone but they never gave me any alternatives so I researched it myself and bought a fiber optic decoder which a lot of shops don't even know what it is and they knew right away what I was talking about so I knew I wanted them to do the install and it came out just how I wanted it and sounds amazing.

Derek Neal: I needed a key fob for an older viper remote starter. I went to 2 other shops first, and they both told me that I had to replace the remote starter for $500. A coworker had a remote put in at Sounds Car Audio, and told me to give them a try. I went in, and Chris took a picture of my remote to see if he could find one compatible. In about a week’s time, he got me a replacement that actually was an upgrade because I don’t have to replace the battery. Definitely recommend them for car audio service.

Offered prices to replace and added an option to add a sub and second amp to complete the sound. They completed the work in one day and everything sounds great! Highly recommend!

Most stores wouldn't install this product since it had some strange warranty policies, but there was no issue with Stereo1One. We walked in, and were instantly satisfied with the knowledge, experience, and proactive attitude by the guys at the store. Gave us a great rundown about the ins and outs of the product, and encouraged us to come back if anything went wrong. Great experience. I was leaving on a trip the next day and had issues with Android Auto.I called the store, all the technicians were gone, so the manager had one call me from home after hours. Great guy, very polite and he was genuinely interested in helping me.After exhausting all possibilities to fix the problem, I later learned that 2 different charging cords of mine were bad. Grrr!Bottom line, I would definitely use them again and will refer them to others.

He does not take liberties in pricing out smaller jobs, like many shops who seem to not consider charging anything less than a half hour of labor. If it's something small he can fix quickly, he'll get it done for a very reasonable price. This is how businesses should be run.Thank you Joe, you have been a huge help in my automotive projects.
Adoni Toniolo: Had a small issue with the side view mirror control knob not functioning on my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS. I initially thought it was a wiring issue, within a few hours of me dropping my car off Joe had the issue properly diagnosed and charged me a very fair price for his labor and expertise. Everyone in Milwaukee knows this is the place to go for car Audio. Nothing but good things to say about Expert Electronics.

I bought a used car a couple of weeks ago and the radio didn’t have CarPlay, which is important to me. The backup camera also wasn’t working well.I called for an estimate and Nicole really listened to me and what I was looking for in improving my vehicle. The parts were ordered and a few days later everything came in.I brought my car in in the morning and by the end of the day I had an awesome stereo, a backup camera that actually worked and is so clear, and even tinted windows! It’s like a new car now.Nicole is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. She definitely understands what customer service is all about. I also worked with Joe who was super nice too.I highly recommend this place for any aftermarket mods you’re looking to do. Seriously 10/10 totally recommend!

Rushi Patel: These guys are true professionals. A while back, I had new speakers installed in my car. One day, the front driver side speaker just stopped working. Despite having the work done almost a year ago, Joe and the team got me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. They also refused to take any payment for it. Like I said, these guys are excellent, they take pride in their work and will make sure you have a positive experience. 10/10, would recommend this place to family and friends.

Mike Macauley: Great store. One of the very best I have been to. Great Jazz selection. So much rock you can hardly get through it. All used albums are cleaned and at least VG and above. Used CD’s are clean and typically in new cases. I have never got anything close to bad. They also carry new records and cd’s, as well as equipment and I think some clothing. The manager is super nice. She has been there many years and knows her stuff. All the employees are helpful as well!Thanks Record Head
