I had my attic insulated, bathroom exhaust fan installed, and a rim seal done in my basement. The difference was noticeable right away with the furnace not running nearly as often and the heat staying in. I sent the quotes and photos of the work done to my friend in Missouri who owns their own insulation company and they were thoroughly impressed with the work and agreed with all the recommendations! Today, Focus On Energy, which is a group that verifies the standard of insulation meet quality parameters inspected the work done and passed the work with flying colors!The work itself was done in 1 day for my 700 sqft home and the office worked with me through a financial plan that made sense.Overall, I can’t recommend them enough as a first time home-buyer!

Joel Krieger: Great experience. Everyone who came out, from the initial estimate to the various crew members, were timely, helpful, responsive to my concerns and requests, and respected our space. They got rid of a huge pile of old construction materials that was discovered in our crawlspace, which was a huge relief to me. They also cleaned up after the work so well that I’m sure it was cleaner than when they started. The office was very communicative throughout the job about how it was going and questions they had for me. They also were really helpful in offering to space out payment for the job over a few months rather than splitting the job into two phases which I had suggested. We are really pleased with the whole experience and definitely recommend.

Pressure testing of the house for air leaks.2. Rigid foam covers for a chandelier hoist and many ceiling lighting "cans".3. Construction of an access walkway above the insulation.4. Insulation of the exhaust ducts through the roof.Although the crew was only marginally fluent in English, they were patient and thorough... The job was completed with nary a hitch... I highly recommend Intec!

Neal Letteney: . During a recent inspection for energy efficiency, we learned that the outer walls of our home contained NO INSULATION AT ALL! They are brick walls, so perhaps in 1953 the builders believed that further insulation was unnecessary. But there was no reason they should have left the attic as woefully uninsulated as they did and there were other problem areas too, at the top and bottom of the walls. We had no idea that any of these problems existed. Intec to the rescue! This was a big enough job that they were here for 3 days.These fine people did a WONDERFUL job in our home. First, their work is high quality - everything was done to the highest standards. Second, every single man who worked here was an absolute gentleman. They were a pleasure to have in our home. In today's world, you have to be concerned about who comes and goes, but we had no worries at all with the workers from Intec. We would have them here again any time without hesitation. I should also mention Angie, who stayed in touch with us by telephone and coordinated the schedule - she was polite, professional, well-organized, and friendly. Third, they did everything possible to keep the mess to a minimum. They covered the floors of their own high-traffic areas with plastic. They sealed off their work areas by fixing sheets of plastic as temporary walls from floor to ceiling. They ran large shop vacs as they worked, to pull particles from the air, keeping as much dust as possible from settling in our living space.

I hope mine will give you that same confidence when choosing your next roof repair or replacement.We had a major leak in our roof above our attached garage that rotted the OSB and the drywall in our garage. We called a few companies to evaluate it and give us an estimate. Tom G. from Infinity Exteriors came out to look at our roof. He was very thorough with his evaluation. He looked in the attic, he got on the roof. Tom gave us his honest opinion of the workmanship and what to expect with the roof replacement process. What set him apart from other companies was he wasn't "selling" us his product and service. He was actually educating us on what to look for in a company, what materials, warranties, and workmanship to ask about. He cared about what we needed to know and not what he wanted for his company's benefit.When we decided to move forward with our project, Tom was very diligent with the planning process, giving us quotes, coming out for a second visit to talk about roof types and picking out colors for the roof and gutters. Very thorough and made sure we understood everything we needed to know and what to expect with the job. He connected us with Sean who was going to be our project manager.Sean reached out pretty quick after we signed the contract. He introduced himself and told us exactly when his crew was going to start. We were scheduled a week later to have our roof replaced but due to weather we were postponed for a day. Sean reached out to us and was very punctual with updating us on the status of the job. Materials and dumpster werre delivered as he planned and when it came to install day, Sean was on-site to oversee all the operations and kept us in the loop as far as the progress of the job. His roofing crew were there at 7:00am and was done at about 2pm. They worked FAST! They cleaned up well and didn't leave garbage around.We did have the unfortunate circumstance of running over a screw on the driveway, which led to us having a flat tire on one of our cars, but Tom and Sean were very understanding and managed the situation better than we had anticipated. Some companies would've just written it off as the customer's fault and wiped their hands of the "accident" but these guys didn't. We really appreciated that and it goes to show they value customer service and making things right.A couple days later the gutters crew came out and installed our gutters and downspouts. Took them a few hours and we are very pleased with the install. We went with a Raindrop gutter guard with our gutter replacement. We had a special downspout configuration planned for one of the valleys and the gutter crew installed it just as Tom had drawn up and suggested.We did a final walkthrough as homeowners and reached out to Sean regarding some things that we want him to look at for his final inspection and he said he'd look at those things when he comes by. We know they take pride in their workmanship.All in all, very very pleased, happy, confident, and appreciative of Infinity Exteriors, especially Tom and Sean. Very great guys to work with, very knowledgeable, very understanding, and the line of communication is open with them. If you have questions or concerns, they are quick to respond. They never made us feel like we were taken advantage of or hiding any thing in regards to our job.
