Chelsea Stonewerth: and then asked for things like my copayment but then told me she couldn't take it because "she's training", but had no trainer present with her. I then heard her talking poorly about people, very loudly, the entire time I waited in the waiting room as well as speaking loudly enough the entire waiting room could hear, what could potentially be HIPPA violations, with other patients checking in.Once back in the room the nursing staff, physicians assistant and Dr Lent were all absolutely amazing! They were able to help calm my anxiety to the best it can be and listened very carefully while assisting me with my concerns. The woman who checked me out after my appointment was a breath of fresh air after my encounter with the original receptionist as well. She was kind, professional, and was able to assist with everything the first one could not do and scheduling my next appointment

Allison Hess: I generally love this team and this office! Every time I am there it is an enjoyable experience and I truly feel as though they care for my health. There are 1 or 2 receptions that are so rude and short with me whenever I call. Love going there- strongly dislike calling there.
