Karl Held: I have been going to Optix on Downer for my optometry and eyewear needs for years now after switching from my last optometrist. The staff have always been friendly and professional in their interactions with myself and others when I've visited. Dr. McGinley has his offices outfitted with newer technology which makes eye exams quick and easy. They carry a wide variety of frames, are happy to help you select a pair, and the glasses I've purchased here have held up very well over time. I've also brought my frames back for adjustments which they do at no cost. Overall, I've been very happy with my experiences at Optix.

Marie Wittig: They saved my vision! I can’t say enough good things about Optix on Downer. Their staff got me in last minute on a Saturday to see Dr. McGinley when I had an eye infection emergency. I was amazed at the care I received even though I wasn’t an established patient. Dr. McGinley answered my questions throughout the day after the appointment and even gave me a referral to a specialist for the following Monday- the specialist said that the action Dr. McKinley took was critical to my recovery from the infection. The customer service was outstanding especially since I had to bring my two year old with me that morning. THANK YOU!

shulisa gholson: My boyfriends arm on his glasses just broke yesterday and he had a headache all day we usually go to Stanton optical to get a replacement pair of glasses but they did not have them in stock and sent him away without any contacts or glasses. Luckily I was googling eyeglass places nearby where we live and called optix on downer they said they could fix his frame I was skeptical at first but just drove the 5 minutes there before they closed and they were able to fix his frames they are miracle workers I just left out of there tonight with his glasses all repaired thanks to Optix on downer will definitely be coming here from now on you guys are lifesavers

Tamara Hellgren: This place is great. Just got my second eye exam and pair of glasses. Both pairs of glasses are the best quality, most flattering eyewear I've ever owned. The brands they carry are pricey, but they're well made, unique, and you get what you pay for. The eye exam is also great, not just a cursory vision check as a prelude to picking out frames. A real, comprehensive eye health and vision assessment including talking about eye fatigue, lens options and screen time with the doc. The support staff has all been wonderful too, very professional, courteous and helpful every time I've gone in there or called. Highly recommended!

I am walking much better with these new insolesPeople should know that these are medical grade and aren't covered by insurance. You are looking at least $2000 dollars at what i got. I was approved for financing. I would also advise people to ware your new insoles at home first and break them in at home first.If you are overweight these may not work for you. My arches are exhausting and i cant get them wear the insoles a full day. This place should be a last resort.

On more than one occasion now, I’ve told Steven and Kristin what I was specifically keeping an eye out for, and they’ve kept that in mind and actually informed me when something comes in that fits the bill! …and that’s how my wife and I have furniture and decor all over our house from Spectre, because not only are the prices and well curated selection great, so is the customer service!

Ot adds credibility to a saturated market that 99% of consumers do not understand and get ripped off by "Wrestlers" chainstore jewelers.Location is a tiny bit inconvenient but we are always able to find parking. I only didn't like how I purchased $1750 earrings and they didnt give me any type of grading certificate other than a barely readable and off-center fax to my email a few days later.Cmon, guys...even Sam's Club gave a cool looking card and physical certificate so I can insure their stuff easy. Coming in later today to look around, see you there! Earn that 5th star from me, I wanna give it to you!

Kaity, was ever so patient with me as we were working on this project when I would come back to MKE to visit/check on my Pops, while still living in MA. They also gave me a great appraisal of an older Rolex that I inherited from my Pops and wound it for me NUMEROUS times prior to my purchasing a watch winder so that the date and name of the day would stay in check. If you have an old school Rolex, while timeless, they are a pain in the rear to deal with in that aspect.Since moving home, Powers has always taken the time to buff my jewelry, both that which I had purchased from them as well as other pieces. Today I went in and was greeted with kindness and professionalism, regardless of me looking like a "gym rat". If you live downtown and are looking for a nice local jeweler with some interesting pieces as well as the traditional faire, Powers is the place to visit!

Found a change in my prescription. She cared about my needs and explained each exam. The doctor suggested a new kind of contact for dry eyes. Supplying me right away with a free trial of contacts. Lastly, the owner of the store cheerfully helped pick out glasses. She always does an amazing job. The billing was done right away with everything sent to my insurance company. Quick service and quick time to get my new glasses and contacts. So satisfied.

I have never had coffee that tasted like that before.The building was clean and modern. There were simple geometric decorations on the wall that gave it a warmer feel. They did have a flag on the front window that I did not appreciate, but overall, it was a nice place to go and talk or study.I would definitely go back and try out their other specialty drinks.

I've been here twice now, two years apart and have had absolutely fantastic experiences each time. He does not take liberties in pricing out smaller jobs, like many shops who seem to not consider charging anything less than a half hour of labor. Adoni Toniolo: Had a small issue with the side view mirror control knob not functioning on my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS. I initially thought it was a wiring issue, within a few hours of me dropping my car off Joe had the issue properly diagnosed and charged me a very fair price for his labor and expertise. Everyone in Milwaukee knows this is the place to go for car Audio. Nothing but good things to say about Expert Electronics.

Those cargo vans come with terrible stereos and speakers and considering how much I drive it I should have done this a long time ago. I'll be going back for anything else I need.

I bought a used car a couple of weeks ago and the radio didn’t have CarPlay, which is important to me. The backup camera also wasn’t working well.I called for an estimate and Nicole really listened to me and what I was looking for in improving my vehicle. The parts were ordered and a few days later everything came in.I brought my car in in the morning and by the end of the day I had an awesome stereo, a backup camera that actually worked and is so clear, and even tinted windows! It’s like a new car now.Nicole is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. She definitely understands what customer service is all about. I also worked with Joe who was super nice too.I highly recommend this place for any aftermarket mods you’re looking to do. Seriously 10/10 totally recommend!

Despite having the work done almost a year ago, Joe and the team got me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. They also refused to take any payment for it.
