I'm glad the care was worth the wait. The Dr was truly incredible and so informative. One of the best I've seen for my son. It just took us 6 months to get in, including one canceled appointment on your end with no reason. I'm also still waiting for my follow up call but it was explained that might take a week.
It didn't feel very personable and the contact between who referrred us and ENT was lacking and I had to try to explain why we were sent there.
We love Dr Beste. He has such a warm and also prof demeanor. He always gives time to answer any and every question. Our daughter had 2 surgeries with him and we completely trusted him.
My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived early at 9:10 and they took me a long time to see me. I was seen at around 9:50. I felt that the doctor wanted to get through everything and was answering everything in a rush.
The showed so much patience and concern for my child needs
We waited in the exam room for 25 minutes, and the delay was not explained or an apology offered by any staff member for the inconvenience.
Our doctor was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand. I would recommend him to anybody.
I am so thankful for Dr. Beste. He is such a great provider and I am so glad he is my daughter's surgeon. I completely trust his decision making and know my daughter is in the best of hands with him. Thank you!!

Scott W: First time here. Got here early to complete my paperwork. My appointment started on time. Everyone there treated me well, they were efficient and professional. They took a 3D CT head scan, and additional oral xrays. Dr Sharma did a good job of reviewing my scans and xrays. Discussed the particulars of my conditions and his recommendations.Unfortunately, I am not a candidate for a root canal and will two extractions. So back to the dentist.

My husband was immediately diagnosed with throat cancer and was sent for testing for comforation. My son has also been seen by Dr. Samuel and treated and he only as badgercare for insurance, while my husband had medicare. We have a friend who is in his 70's that also been seen by Dr. Samuel and was also diagnosed with a form of throat cancer. Dr. Samuel went both my husband and or friend only to the very best specialist, that saved both of their lives.Dr. Samuel made sure that both our friend and my husband were seen by the very best specialist and made the initial appointments himself so that we got the very best care at Ascension's cancer center we were meet with a team of specialist including a financial advisor who made sure all of our bills where covered by a charity program. If more people would ask questions they would find that there are ways to get their bills paid specially if you are low income.Dr. Samuel is very good at his job he has been doing it for a long time and as seen everything. He doesn't necessarily need a full medical history he is a Ears, nose, and throat specialist no your family doctor. As he told my husband and me at one time he did it all and now there are super specialist which is where he sent my husband to have the surgery that saved his life after the cancer returned.I will send everyone I know to this doctors office. No matter the cost because you can't put a price on someone's life.

Christopher Davis: Doctor Samuel is a great doctor. He is very comforting, understanding, and has great humor! He has done everything he can for me in my tonsillectomy and post operation. I experienced a lot of bleeding post-tonsillectomy. Every time I called, he was concerned for me as if he was one of my own people! He got me in right away within an hour to get the cauterization done to stop bleeding. He is honest, very experienced and he has all that a doctor needs as far as skill and more. I have a lot of respect for him and I appreciate just even being in this mans presence! Even when I came in with a bloody throat, feeling miserable he made me feel comfortable and put a smile on my face! Thank you Dr. Samuel.
Spatone Liquid: Just hate to see how a few stupid reviews about the staff or insurance stuff can ruin doctors ratings. True rating should be done based on the treatment and doctors expertise, in my opinion. So here is my personal review of this professional. Dr. Samuel is very old school, very kind and experienced. Something very calm about him and very comforting. We met at the ER where i was having a post-tancellectomy secondary hemorrhaging and he tried everything before taking me to the OR for a cauterization. The surgery went great! He stopped the hours long bleeding and saved my life. Thank you for that, Dr. Samuel!
