Lalitha Kashyap: Wonderful experience w Closets by Design. Sandy J our designer was awesome and worked with us to tailor a design to match our needs and our budget. We were able to get all the customizations we wanted and they were very flexible to accommodate our schedule and worked with us to adjust their schedule seamlessly when we had a delay with our flooring contractors. Our installers Robert and Daniel were awesome at putting it all together in 2 days and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and perfection. Could not be happier!! We will be recommending them to our extended family for an upcoming project as well as reaching out to them for future upgrades to our home also. The closet systems have a rich and refined character to it -- A++ for the product and design/service/installation.
Debra Stroops: Jake and James did a great job. They were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the process and made sure it was what I wanted. I absolutely love my closet. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone thinking of hiring Closets By Design.
Chris Dargan: Closets by design is professional, and the overall quality of their work I cannot complain about. Pricing is a bit much but for custom work you expect to spend $$$. Brad, my installer was a joy! He called prior to arrival, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. In addition he also was a pretty interesting conversation, which since he’s working inside my home I found it refreshing that he was able to relate to me. Would definitely recommend CBD, albeit only to those who can afford it.
Abigail Gilman: was able to come to our home and quickly understood our needs and vision. She was professional and spot on with her measurements. Braydon and James installed the closets, and these guys are hardworking gems. They were efficient, pleasant, and so nice to our needy dog! They went above and beyond to make sure our closets looked beautiful and that our place was all cleaned up after installation. I truly cannot over state how highly I recommend Closets by Design and our team
Megan Williams: Monica was our designer and she was very thorough and answered all our questions. Brad was our installer and he was efficient, friendly, and did a great job to explain everything. You could tell everyone cared about making sure we were happy with the final product.
Nancy Deeter: Jake and Chris, our closet installers were great to work with. They originally told me it was going to take two days to install and these guys got it done in a day. My problem was with the lack of communication. There was a change in the original drawing, and we were not informed of the changes that were going to be made. The installers did not know that there changes as their drawings did not show that anything was changed. We ended up texting pictures of our orgiinl drawings to demonstrate the changes and explain our displeasure. Jake did talk to his boss and we are very happy but all that could have been avoided with better communication. Jake came out on the following Sunday to make it right.
Kelly Horsch: LOVE LOVE LOVE my closet. Called them within a week. Carrie my designer was at my home. She had great ideas for me. It took no time at all and the installation was happening. Justin was the installer, very nice and polite young man. Laid tarps down in my home, very conscience of caring pieces in and out. Jake also came a day or two later to add one more item. I highly recommend them.

Erin Alexa Sotelo: I have had an amazing experience at UWM so far. Everyone is so kind. Instructors and advisors are very supportive and caring. I have enjoyed all of my classes so far and am grateful to be receiving my education at this university. There are so many opportunities to seek out, and many places to find a sense of belonging. I like this school a lot and hope to continue having a good experience throughout the rest of my time here.
