Glenn Peters: through the many years of us working together, is a professional relationship based on trust, transparency, and compassion.So, would I recommend ABC Clinics to other individuals struggling with mental illness? Absolutely. Forces beyond our control, managed care, and government rules and regulations have certainly influencedand constrained psychiatrists from operating more freely these days, across the board. But ABC Clinics have still managed to give compassionate care, that really is as easy as ABC!
joshua achatz: My APNP, Nicole Bartelt, does a great job! She's very genuine, easy to talk to and I always enjoy checking in with her!My only recommendation would be that the clinic have the patients fill out their own surveys before the session starts, like they do in other places I've been, so the patient has more time for conversation with their practitioner.

Garth Badger: You need more than one person at your front desk. The sole person at the desk when I was there was there was on the phone and I waited and waited. I wanted to set a new appointment and after ten minutes I just left.
Lois Keating: I have been seeing Dr. Jim Winston for 35 years. I was having panic attacks 24 hrs. a day and couldn't leave the house. Within 3 weeks of seeing Jim and being on medication, the panic attacks were gone and I got my life back. Over the years, he's gotten to know me quite well, and I would trust him with my life. He has also treated my brother, my mother, and my niece.Update...it is now April of 2024. Three weeks ago, I was so depressed I was crying. I contacted Jim and he suggested I undergo TMS therapy. So, I started TMS therapy on 4/2, and 15 days later I'm feeling better! I'm not where I'd like to be yet, but I'm not down in the doldrums like I was. Don't know what I'd do without Jim and ABC Clinics.

Marian Hackworth: A client or patient having a good experience would depend on which location they go to. Not the company itself. The greenfield office is run beautifully!!! They understand that during recovery there are some struggles and go above and beyond to make sure whomever the person is they are treated fairly and make sure they have whatever they need to be successful during recovery. No matter the situation. And the office manager there. OMG!! She is amazing. Will make sure everyone has housing has access to groups online or in person. Like I said she will go above and beyond for anyone. Make sure you have transportation set up so that you can make your appointments. She makes sure that you are set up to succeed not fail!!! Now the port Washington office on the other hand is completely different. They are judgemental unwilling to go above and beyond. They don't care if your home life is failing or horrible. The manager Derrick is not forgiving and does not allow second chances. If you aren't successful during your recovery it's not really his problem. He isn't really there to help. In jobs like this there are two kinds of people. 1. Who actually care and want to make sure you are successful and have all the tools necessary to be successful and the other #2 who is just there to collect a pay check. And the difference is very noticeable when being seen at both offices. Greenfield has resources set out. Someone in the office to speak to if you need resources that are not set out or specific needs. And that just is not the case for the port Washington office. I'm sure if the corporate office does follow up calls with people who don't make it through the program they would see that what I am saying is true and also see that the success rate for these two offices are completely different. If you want to be successful during your recovery I would 100% suggest that anyone go to clean slate but suggest that they start and complete their recovery at the greenfield office if they want to be successful!!!!
Valerie Keiller: Always accommodating and have patience as I am always forgetting when my appointment is. Also the entire staff at Greenfield are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable about anything including when a pharmacy fumbles up they find a way to fix it. Never make me feel awkward and give respect to all who walk through the door. It all helps to a healing environment and not a place that is a drag to go to. Thank you all here at the Greenfield team as it all helps with wanting to continue the path out..No matter what path or how you walk it!

Alli Dremock: Just had my first visit here and I am leaving happier then ever before. I finally feel I met a doctor who truly cares and has my best interest at heart. I felt I could be completely open and honest and that she was there to do what is best for me but also make sure I’m comfortable with it. It was almost like talking to a friend I was so comfortable and felt very safe and content. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend going here if you need help with addiction and mental health!

Susan O'Connor: My son is in the PHP program and loves it. He's getting so much out of it and actually looks forward to going every day. The staff is great, very caring and professional. I can't say enough good things about this place.
Thomas McKenna: I had wonderful care and fair treatment while in residency at West Allis. I did not like the way I was introduced to the unit. I had no organizational skills and was provided with nothing to develop them. On our outings to Target, I eventually got what I needed. There isn’t nearly enough exercise opportunities to stay healthy for two months. 1 treadmill 12 people. The washer/dryer machines were beyond disgusting and made clothing stink. Had to use 10 dryer sheets to take away smell. Besides breakfast the food was ridiculously disgusting with one server, Anthony that sweat and wiped sweat, then grabbed your food with the sweaty glove. The food was not nutritious either, slop! The showers were disgusting with stagnant cloudy water stuck in channels attached to rails. The curtains allowed the bathrooms to flood. My therapist were great and for the most part the techs were good to us. There is a scheduling problem with techs, we were often forced to do/go places we didn’t need or want to go because there was only one tech. Not fair! I’m paying and I’m forced. I was vocal about this on more than one occasion. I stayed in Oconomawac in 2016 and the food was super, better exercise opportunities at the YMCA, however, the techs and therapist weren’t nearly as good. Could just be advancement in treatment plans. Overall, I made progress better at west Allis than my prior stay. I’d recommend it to anyone but be sure to have staff show you around. I was just given two books and let go.
Dylan Collier: Super helpful staff. They are caring and attentive. Felt like everyone there cares about the patients. Food was great. Inpatient care was fantastic, residential care was also great. This place was a lifesaver.
Alex Steplyk: Staff was very pleasant and professional. The facility fed you well, like an actual human being compared to other facilities. I felt very cared for during my stay.

Cherisse: It's been a long time for me. My first was a five year run and subsequently I had to leave against my will.Now it's actually been a great experience . My counselor Heidi, made this experience a little more tolerable however, She tookflight on me a few years back. The one I have now is ALmOST too good to be here. Anyway, I have a few thing's to say about the nurses.When I came back this time, two of the nurses were still there and they were to me...the BEST! Betty retired to Florida so that left Karen. Karen was a different bird however if you knew how to deal with her, she was great. Just a little kindness was all it took. I heard that she was ill but expected to return in April.This morning I found out that Karen has passed on.She and I were similar in alot of ways. I want to say, I'm very saddened and hurt with this news. We all had our issues with her but none that MOMMY had to settle for us.I wonder, if as adult's, Can we have a moment of silence and send up a prayer for her?She helped us all in more ways than we'll ever know.

Jodie Jahns: So grateful I was able to transfer here and dose my first day after missing the dosing window at my old clinic. I recently had surgery on my dominant hand so a counselor helped me complete the intake paperwork so I wouldn't have to try to do it left-handed.The intake process even went relatively quickly compared to other clinics. Everybody that works there seems down to earth and genuinely caring! Both the counselor and the doctor kept making sure I was comfortable and anticipated my needs by offering a cup of water and offering to refill it.
Julie Domagalski: I've gone thru another of different treatments and some several times however the first time I went to CMS in West allis I knew I found the right one . The staff is always there for you no matter what the issue is. I'm no.longer ashamed of who I am or what I've over come. Thank you CMS. I hope many more will give you guys a chance. Anton Kushnir: I highly recommend anyone having to deal with problematic staff at their current treatment centers get themselves transferred over to CMS. I noticed a lot of clinics make it harder on you when you ARE Sober & CMS doesn’t. As long as you do whats mandatory by the state the clinic wont pile up extra stress on you with the threat of stopping treatment unless you comply.
cory lynn: I switched after 8 years @miller park rd location & going to community ms on national was like being on vacation, but it was forever!! no waiting in lines..no black staff talking to me like im stupid & going out of their way to make my life hard ...all the windows are intact & you can tell the counselors & everyone works hard to help us addicts have HOPE for a brighter future and the hours are the BEST!!!
Jake T: This place saved my life. Best methodone/suboxone clinic in Milwaukee! BY FAR. Also has an app u can save a little login time upon arrival each day. Doesn't feel like an addict farm like everywhere else. This staff doesn't get enough credit on friendliness and willingness to help, and they know their stuff.

Delaney Wagener: was seamless. From the first moment I entered, staff was amazing. From the nurses, therapists, aids, cooks, and physicians, I could not have asked for better care. I established close relationships with all of my providers, and I know that every staff member who helped take care of me truly cared about me. My therapists did an excellent job of facilitating both large and small groups, and were available to talk individually any time I requested. I learned SO much throughout my time in residential. I cannot say enough about the incredible nursing staff, who was incredibly supportive and attentive to my needs 24/7. I met with my physician, Dr. Mehta, every single weekday of admission. He was incredible not just at medication management, but also with counseling and education, and really listened to my concerns each day. I will continue to follow with him after discharge, as I do not want to leave the excellent care of the Dewey Center. In addition to the excellent staff and programming, the facility was very nice, with the individual rooms as nice as a fancy hotel room. Thank you for saving my life, Dewey center.

Elizabeth Payne: I highly recommend Anna Boteva for your mental health needs. I have never truly trusted past counselors, yet I felt completely comfortable at my very first visit. She continues to help me and is there for me like no other counselor has. She is understanding, compassionate and you can be completely honest with her and she doesn't judge you. The staff is always very helpful. I also see Angela Golon for my psychiatric needs and she has been wonderful to work with, she always makes sure that you are monitored and honestly is sincere about your mental health needs.

Esmeralda Nino: I've been go to Spectrum Healthcare for over 5 years. I've never had an issue with providers or staff. When I started going to them I was put on MATs to help with drug and alcohol cravings. I was able to get off of them without issue and without cravings. I have an amazing team of providers that have helped me on my journey of recovery. Without them, I would be struggling. I feel 100% supported by my providers in my journey and never once was steered the wrong way. Dr. Boteva and LNP Gentry have helped me in ways I couldn't help myself.

Ashleigh Landis: the intake process was quoted to be approximately two hours and took three, but that isn't anyone's fault. That is not something I count against them because as soon as one step was done, I waited less than 30 seconds to go to the next step! Other clinics can take way way longer for this. I was a transfer and had intake fee waived, so that might be a normal thing...unsure. They charge the going rate around here if you're self pay. You have a place to put your drug screen so you don't have to wait in line to hand your urine to a staff member. Less waiting! Great check in system utilized! Quick in and out, lovely counselors and nursing staff. What else? Oh! Bottles have foil on top to prevent leaking

They broke you down instead of helping you back up. ASAP has been one of my best decisions. The staff is AMAZING! I can't thank the Dr's, nurses, and my amazing lady Cory! Yes I did the work but they help guide me. I thought I'd be a lifer. I have successfully completed the program and it was bittersweet. I'm so thankful for this place. If anyone reads this review before entering treatment, please go here before any where else. I know alot of people in treatment and hands down ASAP is the best! I have never had any issues here. The whole staff is amazing no matter who you talk to. They don't treat you different like the rest of the clinics in our city. They treat you like a human not a junkie. Which is a major part of our recovery as we beat ourselves down daily but this clinic builds you up and makes you believe in yourself again. Best choice I ever did was leave 10th st to go to ASAP!
