This year I have replaced the original Goodman furnace installed prior to our purchasing the property in 2004; with a Payne Hi-Efficiency Gas Furnace. The installation went flawlessly without interruption of heating at the beginning of December 2023. Kudos and thanks to Omer for his advice, work ethic, skill and friendship during the removal and installation. looking forward to many seasons of worry free heating.

We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! Lynn Vice: Knauer is always very responsive .They are very fair and honest in their appraisal of problems. I use them for both heating and plumbing issues.-for over 15 years. I once had a toilet that overflowed on my third floor and they came within 30 minutes to fix it and basically saved my home! We recently lost the heat in our home and i feared we would need a new boiler-an expense i dreaded during this current crisis time. Knauer replaced a valve and it was fixed! I highly recommend them.

Jack Sweas: Dan and Nico provided great service! I had a pipe dripping in my basement that I mistakenly thought was coming from my kitchen sink. They checked the attic and determined it was coming from a vent on the roof and leaking down the side of the pipe into the basement. They got up on the roof and closed the hole with roofing tar. Very quick and professional service, thank you Dan and Nico!

They were all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, we never felt pressured into a purchase we were not comfortable with, and they came out same day for a new customer, no heat call and the next day for a new AC/furnace install after a gas leak was found.
