He was the perfect balance of helpful with gathering information but also encouraging us to explore for ourselves and find the couch we liked best. Brian at the Grafton location went above and beyond with customer service. I had called the store looking to purchase a dryer ASAP. As a family of 5, and 2 dogs I could not live without my dryer. Brian took my information and told me he would call me back to see what he could do. Ten minutes later he called to tell me he could have it to me the next day. I am so appreciative of Brian’s customer service, help, and dedication to my purchase. He went out of his way to help me and ensured me that the dryer I wanted would be put on a delivery truck and brought to my home the next day.
