Our installers Robert and Daniel were awesome at putting it all together in 2 days and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and perfection. Could not be happier!! We will be recommending them to our extended family for an upcoming project as well as reaching out to them for future upgrades to our home also. The closet systems have a rich and refined character to it -- A++ for the product and design/service/installation.

Chris Dargan: Closets by design is professional, and the overall quality of their work I cannot complain about. Pricing is a bit much but for custom work you expect to spend $$$. Brad, my installer was a joy! He called prior to arrival, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. In addition he also was a pretty interesting conversation, which since he’s working inside my home I found it refreshing that he was able to relate to me. Would definitely recommend CBD, albeit only to those who can afford it.

Nancy Deeter: Jake and Chris, our closet installers were great to work with. They originally told me it was going to take two days to install and these guys got it done in a day. My problem was with the lack of communication. There was a change in the original drawing, and we were not informed of the changes that were going to be made. The installers did not know that there changes as their drawings did not show that anything was changed. We ended up texting pictures of our orgiinl drawings to demonstrate the changes and explain our displeasure. Jake did talk to his boss and we are very happy but all that could have been avoided with better communication. Jake came out on the following Sunday to make it right.

Justin was the installer, very nice and polite young man. Laid tarps down in my home, very conscience of caring pieces in and out. Jake also came a day or two later to add one more item. Barb Valley: A hidden gem. Love this place! They have an actual showroom where you can actually "kick the tires" plus it's a home idea center where you can see displays from various contractors all in one large building. Siding, doors, safes, mailboxes, decks, patios, windows, roofing, landscaping, flooring, weather vanes, and everything else you can imagine that is related to homes is all there under one roof. Was kind of like a home show but with no pressure to buy.

Tammy Rinaldi: After getting estimates from three different closet companies, we chose inspired closets and we couldn't be happier. Our decision was based on design and quality. Christi was our designer and addressed all our storage issues. Being tall people, she maximized every square inch of usable space! Our installer was awesome and finished the job in quick time. The quality of the materials is the best we've seen. I love the quiet close drawers of our installed dresser and how the whole drawer opens up with the full extension slides. So easy to put things away. If you need new storage space, this is the company to use!

Even while installing, they laid down moving blankets to capture most of the mess and if there was a mess they took care of it right away. Beth A Spear: Great customer service! I've lost over 100 pounds in the last 14 months. Kristin M. at the Brookfield Corners store was amazing. I don't know what or how to wear clothes that fit me. She pulled a wide range of outfits within and outside my comfort zone. Highly recommend that stylist!

Benjamin Franklin: Did my homework and bought a Mirra 2 office chair from DWR in milwaukee about a year ago. The chair has been amazing. If you have a bad back, I highly recommend this chair. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago.As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. They went through all the chair's features so I could design and order the exact chair I wanted.5 Stars !!!!!

Dustin Underwood: COVID-19 update: We ordered a new piece from here last month. We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. In particular, we love working with Iftekhar.
