Kina Garrett: So I wanna say that my experience with this company has been decent Ive bought a living room n dining room set from them 7 years ago it was nice n lasted up until my latest purchase in march 2021. I have a concern about the wood smell or off gassing that's coming off the sectional I just bought. I slept 3 nights in a row on it and noticed that the smell had me coughing and on the 4th morning I woke up n I could not speak. I lost my voice. Wanted to know if anyone else has or has had this issue? I looked it up and it says some chemicals used in furniture making can be toxic and cause cancer. I know im not crazy. Last night u did not sleep on it and my voice is much better but still coughing a bit. Going to get tested to see what I have possibly inhaled. Sam will be hearing from me soon!

I picked out my furniture on a Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered on Monday however the guy did call and and tell me he will deliver next day because the truck was stuck in snow, don’t know how true that was. It ended up being our only stop; we found everything we needed at this amazing store! We were helped out by the store owner, Joe, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently answered questions and provided further information on each piece. Prior to visiting, we had read several obviously scammy negative online reviews which could deter some from visiting. That would be a big mistake as this is definitely the best furniture in the metro area. Bachman’s features an unbeatable combination of great service, quality products and terrific selection

Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.
