Jonathan Wagenknecht: I usually rate places based on the people way more than the product because the product can be bought online of course. This place has the nicest people who will help you get what you need. I was worried about the sizing of a sneaker I had purchased online, and they were able to size me right, make the right recommendation, and explain exactly why the sizing they recommended was ideal. Amazing experience and I definitely will be coming back!
John Rogener: Fantastic store in the Pfister hotel. Bought a jacket & shoes. What sets them apart though is Customer Service. Bennett is simply the best. Give him a raise.

He had forgotten his and the wedding ceremony we were going to started at 6:00pm. We took a quick Uber over with my husband in his suit and socks. The shoes we're ready and laced up and waiting for me. I jumped back in the Uber and we went straight to the ceremony and made it with time to spare. Thanks so much Allen Edmonds!!! You're the best and my husband will definitely enjoy the shoes for many more special occasions.

One day, I was at the counter and I smelled Erolfa by Creed and since then I found my signature scent for life, and along with it, a prolonged sales relationship for all my fragrance needs. As president of one of the largest companies in our industry here in Wisconsin being able to smell pleasant, confident and prestigeous is of the uptomost importance. I have since purchased several other Creeds, and I know Owen will always be super honest and go above and beyond to continue to accommodate my fragrance needs. Please don't ever retire from this place!
Daniel Karwowski: Love the modern design of the store interior. Love the fact I can park in a parking structure to block the sun from baking my truck. The store has a very nice bar and coffee shop. It is a great shopping experience. Store has a major cosmetics area on the second floor which is level with the first floor of the mall. It also has a fragrance counter for men on the lost level which I recently discoveredYou can also access the second level of the store from the parking structure if you go up one level

Stopped in the other day with my wife and the staff were very attentive and very polite. They knew the store inventory/styles very well and were able to select items in the styles we were looking for. Best of all, the prices are actually lower than I remember. Ended up with 4 pairs. Thanks again to the staff for the positive experience.
