Joe Werner: Ianna was awesome rectifying a mistake that I made with an online order, I ended up leaving with a great pair of boots. Recommended.
Jonathan Wagenknecht: I usually rate places based on the people way more than the product because the product can be bought online of course. This place has the nicest people who will help you get what you need. I was worried about the sizing of a sneaker I had purchased online, and they were able to size me right, make the right recommendation, and explain exactly why the sizing they recommended was ideal. Amazing experience and I definitely will be coming back!
John Rogener: Fantastic store in the Pfister hotel. Bought a jacket & shoes. What sets them apart though is Customer Service. Bennett is simply the best. Give him a raise.

Shari Quilling: Great, friendly, and fast service! By fast I mean I called at 5:35pm to get some last minute wedding shoes for my husband. He had forgotten his and the wedding ceremony we were going to started at 6:00pm. We took a quick Uber over with my husband in his suit and socks. The shoes we're ready and laced up and waiting for me. I jumped back in the Uber and we went straight to the ceremony and made it with time to spare. Thanks so much Allen Edmonds!!! You're the best and my husband will definitely enjoy the shoes for many more special occasions.

Mateo Bareo: This was my first time at a Rogan's shoes. I've been having really bad foot issues, so I wanted to get some expensive Hoka's. Olga was very helpful. She walked me through the selection, told me which ones have which type of arch support, measured my foot and my arch, helped me try on shoes, and helped me pick out a pair of insoles. I haven't had such a good customer experience at a retail store in a long time - way to go Olga!
