Sheekit Low: We visited on a weekday late afternoon, which we did not experience any wait times in being served and the ranges were not fully occupied. Even though we were beginners, the staff were extremely patient and helpful in explaining the range rules as well as some state firearm rules, given me being a new firearm owner. Range rental and gun rental prices are very fair and pretty competitive as compared to other ranges in MKE. Next time I'm in MKE, this is the range I will patronize.

Ask questions for any of your needs, you will be guided step by step by Milwaukee's best.My advice to new shooters, is to eat a nice meal, try and relax as much as possible and ask for help. Slankey -: I came in with no experience with handguns only rifles, Julie took the time to explain the basic fundamentals of handgun handling, safety and how they function. She made sure I was comfortable with a training gun before she took me out for live fire. I really appreciate that she took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely buy my first handgun from them or have it transferred there, they’re great.For rentals they have a lot of selections and it’s awesome that you can switch and shoot as many as you want during your session. They have a state of the HVAC system, great selection of targets, awesome selection of firearms and decent ammo selection.Will definitely look into membership, classes and purchasing my first piece from here.

Everyone in their booths seemed completely new to guns and once they figured out how to load it all they did is rapid fire nonstop for 45min. Reload then nonstop rapid fire. I thought ranges had rules against rapid fire.

Paul Park: Went on a day with snow on ground, was about 30 degrees but with all the moving around, was warm enough to not need gloves. Came for a day as a guest. Being from Chicago, it was really nice to be able to set up some targets and move around. Was told the safety rules and my "sponsor" was very good about walking me through the safety steps until I got the hang of it. There are outhouses that were very clean given that it was winter. Shot some 22, 9mm and 5.56 and met a few others - all very nice. Great atmosphere, great club, plenty of spots to shoot.

Rob Forrest: A great club to join! Reasonably priced membership! Great supportive and friendly members! This is by far the best shooting club in southeast Wisconsin. They run lots of open shooting events and club events that are safe, fun ways to enjoy shooting sports. They offer archery, trap, rifle, handgun stationary shooting and action pistol events. USPSA, IDPA, GSSF, and events just for members. This place is a must checkout if you are into shooting.

Marty our instructor did a great job and I'm going back on the 23rd for another USCCA meeting. They also offer physical self-defense courses but I don't know how much they are.

John P: Based on what I’ve read there appears to be mixed reviews depending upon which employee people have interacted with. Here is my experience. I ordered a pistol online and had it sent here for the background check and transfer. As I went through the process, everyone was kind and it went smoothly. I didn’t get an instant approval so I waited around for a response. I decided to look at safes as I am in the market for a bigger one. The owner approached me and was very helpful and polite. Though I didn’t end up making a purchase, he gave me a catalog of different available safes. While I was talking with him, my approval went through and I was able to take home my new pistol. As I was leaving the owner gave me 2 passes for free range time. All in all I was in and out in about 30 minutes. It was a great customer service experience and I hope more people have the same experience as I did.

Chaokue Lee: Went for the first time since it was close to home. I had a 3 person group and we enjoyed the sporting clay course. 10 stations with 4-6 "birds" per station. Pricing is very reasonable and staff are very nice. Can't wait to go back for some more travel practice.
