Jordon Meyer: Very friendly service and a big selection of nice tile. I would say high-end tile, but there are actually some nice deals to be found here. I've worked with a few tile installers and they said that the tile had to be from Lexco, and they would not work with The Tile Shop tile products. So, when it comes from a professional tile setters mouth, I believe that there's something about the quality of the tile that is also good.Overall very nice and a good place to find tile. The downside is that they don't work directly with tile installers, but they do give you a list of local companies to help you out.

Jaime Meyer: Great showroom with a wonderfully helpful staff. They have a large selection and great prices! We visited a few times before picking out our tile for the kitchen backsplash. They let you take samples home to, just remember to bring them back in a week. I highly recommend if you are in the marked for tile or stone.

Paul N.: It had been years since I shopped there for carpeting. Kristin N. was our sales rep and she was great. We first looked at remnant carpet rolls for a basement project. They had some great options available but there was not a large enough remnant for the room. We moved on to a quality carpet that was priced well. The installation was top-notch. They worked with my elevated basement flooring, two doorways, and 15' of transition where laminate meets carpet. Perfection. They also carpeted a stairwell and it looks great. There are so many samples at their shop, that it's worth the trip over to their store. Big box stores just don't have the selection that Carpet Town does.

Tom R. was my go-to salesman, but he has retired.I had carpet installed in two rooms of a rental apartment about two years ago, and recently it bunched up by a doorway in the first room. The renter at the time is still there, and never had a problem before like this in 20 years. I am getting charged a "minimum charge" of $300 to have the carpet re-stretched in this 11.5'x12' room. That seems a little steep for something that feels us likely to be caused by them in the first place.
