Mike Ott: This place is cool. There is a LOT of inventory, mostly Marvel and Star Wars, but there is a smattering of other brands as well. The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 is because it's a small space and could use some organization/shelving.

Macie B: We went to build a bear to build a “binky bear”. Gina was AMAZING with our daughter. She encouraged her to be a big girl! She helped our daughter put all her binks in the bear before stuffing it. She told her whenever she misses her binks she can just hug binky bear! Our daughter did amazing with this plan. No tears ever! We are so impressed with how great Gina was with our girl! Can’t thank her enough!

Craig Leonhardt: If you can't find it here, you probably don't need it. You will find all kinds of amazing treasurers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always make it a point to get over there when I have a project or something fun planned.

Bobbie Sherrier-Dolack: Went with my daughter Stacy who lives in Waukesha and has has great unique gifts for our family. Once again we found fun gifts for my 11 yr. Old granddaughters birthday. Martha also gift wrapped them for us. A local treasure for sure!!!!!!

Debbie G: This is one of my favorite local Waukesha businesses. It has that cozy, local bookstore feel. The selection is amazing. We were looking for a specific book for a student my husband tutors, and the owner personally ordered the book, and called us when it came in. You just can’t beat the personal service, the selection of books for all age readers, the puzzles and the unique gifts. And they host a wonderful little winter farmer’s market.

Joshua Werner: I stopped in last night with my daughter near closing time to pick up some last minute books for my son’s birthday. We were immediately helped and shown where all the books we were looking for a 6 year old were and more. Martha had a deep knowledge and love of books and authors. Their selection was impressive and the icing on the cake was the gift wrapping service. We got to hear a lot about the store’s history and how involved they are with the community. It was like stepping into another world. We will be back, city gems like this are so inspiring and important!

Jimmy Rodriguez: Small store with a great selection of books. I was surprised with how many books I was able to find. Our child loved the children's book selection as well. The owners are wonderful and were able to order in our child's favorite book within a few days for less than other were charging. Lot of events happening here year round

Tom Kloempken: Tom Palmer deserves more than 5 stars for the super job he did of selling my collection of LGB trains and LG cable car set. He found new owners for every piece of my collection in a couple of weeks. In late August of 2023 I brought much of HO collection of both completed craftsmen kits such as Ambroid One-in-Five thousands, Hobbytown of Boston and La Belle, Also there were many unfinished kits such as American Beauty and Athearn. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me a very substantial payment after selling a lot of my HO gauge including parts. Tom Palmer is the best and most honest person I have ever met in the model train business. Thanks Tom once again!

Jim: I've recently gotten back into tabletop war gaming after a 20+ year hiatus and couldn't have asked for a better place. Every time I stop in to pick something up or look around, I spend a majority of my visit chatting away with Tom behind the counter. Whether it's about the models themselves or the painting side of the hobby. Always friendly and willing to answer questions or give advice, top notch customer service your entire visit.

The Borg Cooking Show: A nice place to buy a kite and a supbar ice cream while enjoying a day at the park. Don't try to fly the kite in the store. The employees don't appreciate it plus there's never enough wind.
