Chuck Congo: They took down a large mulberry with extensive storm damage, including very large branches hung up in the tree and a split trunk. They got it down ok at a reasonable price. The tree was hard to get to, but they got their equipment in with very little damage to the lawn.I had them haul away the big pieces of wood and leave the branches for me to clean up. This lowered the cost by a lot and also meant less equipment going across the lawn.

They came out to inspect our situation within 24 hours, gave us an extremely reasonable estimate that same day, and scheduled us in for same-week limb removal service despite Milwaukee and Waukesha being absolute messes county-wide. Our driveway and backyard are tight and difficult to coordinate, and they had to be sensitive about our power lines, but they left our yard in great condition and offered to move a few things on our behalf because my wife and I both had COVID. Joseph Domino: We recently had an ash tree in the front of our house split. Unfortunately, it fell above our house. Fortunately, the canopy of the ash tree that fell fell into the canopy of another ash tree, which stopped it from falling on our house. I called M&M tree service at approximately 8 PM on Saturday!!! I was leaving a message when, Zach, the owner of the company answered.. I tried my best to explain the situation. Ultimately, what happened was the owner himself came out to my house and tied the limb to prevent it from falling on my house and causing further damage. I thought that was extremely nice, and I greatly appreciated it for peace of mind as my kids rooms are upstairs directly under the broken limb that was suspended in the air. A crew came out the next day and took care of the entire tree. They were able to remove the limb that was suspended. They were able to remove the entire tree. It was fantastic. I was able to sleep peacefully without any worry children or house would be harmed.They were extremely professional Zach even showed up the next day to help his crew finish the job we’re not talking a small tree here. This thing must’ve been at least 110 feet tall and the trunk was approximately 2 1/2 feet wide.All in all this was exceptional service. It was speedy quick punctual, and there was great communication between Zach, the owner and myself. I would definitely recommend this tree service in any situation from here on out. Ultimately they took down the tree that was falling apart, due to termites and old age and they also noticed cracks in the tree the ash fell in which would have been a future problem due to it, being split from the weight of what fell they took care of it. Very reasonable, very professional, extremely reliable.

I called for an estimate they came over with in half hour and the work was scheduled for the next day at730 and they showed up right on time. The Job was a regrind. They were fair and upfront about the estimate saying it could range since there was no stump above to measure and they didn't know what was all down there. kyle kay: We had a great experience using D&S. They came out within two days of us calling to set-up time for a quote. Matt came out and surveyed the work - we wanted some small black walnut trees taken down on our property line by our shed and then we needed some of our neighbors trees trimmed back that were starting to grow over our roof. While Matt was out he checked out a few other trees on our property at our request and gave us his opinion on their health & was never pushy. The price quoted was very competitive and the crew came out before most companies could even get out for a quote. The team that did the job was polite, efficient and took the time to make sure our property was left exactly as they found it by raking up leaves and small branches - honestly such a hard working team! A recent storm knocked down a tree limb that was hanging making a dangerous situation for our son & they removed that for us at no additional cost. We are extremely happy with the work & will only use D&S going forward.

From the moment i contacted the office to the final log removed from the job, the folks we interacted with at Precision were outstanding. Very responsive and professional. Had a few quotes and they were much more afforable than some. They left the jobsite really clean with only a small pile of wood shavings from the stump grinding which they told me they would do. Great job ! High recommend this company !

I know this does not seem like a big deal but in tree service it is. 1 week from start to finish and I could not be happier. Gave me good recommendations which actually saved me money.Crew showed up on time and waited for an hour & 1/2 for WI Electric to drop its electric lines over my back yard. The electric company never showed up, possibly because it was raining. Instead of re-scheduling, the crew carefully worked around the wires to complete the job in rainy cold weather. I am sure this added time to the job, however the invoice came in about a hundred bucks lower than the estimate. Highly Recommended!

Patrick T: Peterson's Tree Care has given us so much fabulous care over the last several years - especially during our most recent call. I simply had to write this review as a result of that experience. Recently, a huge tree limb came down in a snow/ice storm on a Sunday, in sub-zero weather, knocking out power to our house and to our neighbor's house and completely blocked our driveway - making it impossible to even get our car out of the garage. I reached out to Peterson's for help and got an immediate text message from Joe, who assured me they would come over immediately and assess the situation. When they arrived, they informed us of what needed to happen with the trapped live wires. While we waited for WeEnergies to come and take care of those, Joe reached out both by text and by stopping by our house to see how things were progressing. As soon as the WeEnergies workers were on site, Joe and his team gathered their equipment and came back to our house just as the WeEnergies team was leaving. No time was wasted. In barely an hour, Joe and his coworker had removed the entire huge tree limb - even raking up the stray, smaller branches and blowing off the sawdust from the driveway! Again - this is late on a Sunday, 6 degrees below zero, with nasty, icy winds. Joe and his teammate could not have been more accommodating, more communicative more prompt or more kind if their lives depended on it. Absolutely stellar service from these amazing folks. We will ONLY use Peterson's for our tree care and recommend them without reservation. If I could give 100 stars for this experience, I would do so. Kudos and our sincere thanks to you, Joe and team - you are simply THE BEST!!

The living one had grown upright, but still needed to go.Peterson's have an awesome remote control operated "finger" that can articulate in the hardest to reach areas.
