Steve Crumbaugh: My twenty something son likes this ready to eat, by the slice pizza place more than I do, but I am more of a traditional pizza guy. The strength of the place is the variety of sometimes quirky pizzas. The restaurant and staff are friendly and inviting. Half the choices were vegetarian, vegan, or gluten friendly. We enjoyed our slices and I would recommend this place to friends.

ELVIRA ROCKWELL: Let's just start with the art and the layout, a visual feast, especially with the blacklight art and the wraparound layout of the restaurant. I always wander because I'm a firm believer in the old saying the devil is in detail, and u should always watch for the tail. I really liked the back bar not in use because the artwork on that wall reminded me of aboriginal art. The food was superb. I had a garlic pizza with bacon. Omg just sumptuous. The thin crust had the perfect amount of crunch and tasted so good. Along with it, I had a dark beer and a cocktail. Both were amazing. Lastly, I had the limoncello and flour less chocolate cake, and both of the witch was magically decadent and so worth it. I was downing milk along the way because born wisconsinite and nothing compliments dark chocolate like milk. The service was fast, and the waiters were perfect and funny.

The restaurant is run very well, it gets busy so definitely call ahead if you can.

They advertise a 10 piece jumbo chicken wing dinner for $12, how is a dinner less expensive than what supposedly is a 10 piece chicken alone??An hour & 20 minutes later, I made it home. I parked my car, got out to grab my belongings & food & my phone rang. The lady I spoke with called asking me about the pictures! As I had already informed her on my initial call, it takes over an hour to get home! I advised her that as soon as I got in the house & situated, I'd send the pictures.I decided to open the pizza just incase it was not right. I ordered a SMALL pizza. The same as what I thought I had on my 1st order. The pizza was a little bigger than the box as the sides were folded. I asked for light pineapples on 1/2, that 1/2 had more on it than anything else on the pizza.I sent the pictures with details & I have not heard back from them. The lady who I spoke with advised that the manager would look at it & possibly give a discount or something when I came back. I could have spent my $35 on something here in Beloit to watch the Packers game! If I receive a favorable response from someone, I will update my review as such. If not, they have lost my business & future recommendations from me!

htx herbivore: they’re known for, this location also had a nice dining area upstairs with games lining the walls. My personal favorite is the baked penne pizza, but they have a ton of great slices and a variety of different options
Paige Buschman: I have been here twice for one thing and one thing only: the Mac and cheese pizza. This time, I was pleasantly surprised to also get to have another vegetarian option and that was by far the best part--having so many creative veg pizza options. Big fan of Ian's. The staff were kind of a mess and the physical space was tight but I'm not gonna take points off for that bc this is about the pizza.

Sandi Landowski: The pizza was delicious! The daughter and I shared a Proof special pizza and the antipasta salad. There is so much flavor and very decently priced. They are accessible. However, seating is very difficult and very limited. The restaurant is a walk-up, first come, first served counter service, but you can place an order with the wait staff in the small dining area. The dining area is more of a lounge for St. Kate's hotel. A few very small tables were occupied, and couches with small, short coffee tables. We ate with our plates on our laps. They had live music which was nice, but it was very loud with the people trying to talk over the music. We were here on Friday around 5:00 pm.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp located outside the entrance to Proof pizza. There are also ramps inside the dining/lounge area to access the various levels. It was difficult for my daughter to eat her meal on her lap.
Aastha Chandra: listen i know this is a nicer version of blaze pizza but this was legit the best pizza we've both ever had. we built our own and added ricotta in addition to the regular marinara as well as truffle honey and they made a world of difference. i'm still dreaming about this pizza, honestly.they took the st kate arts hotel food credit that you can get from expedia/other travel site bookings so it was free for us. will so be back next time i'm in milwaukee

Got nice welcome by the staff and an explanation of the food options, and the process. Ordered a couple of small pizzas. Waited for about 20 mins and the pager/buzzer went off.Both pizzas were fresh, hot and flavorful. However, it was under cooked. Crust was good, the middle was not. Other reviews have complained about the pizza being soggy. It was horrible, but could have been better. I would try again and ask that it be done more.Took the pizzas to the bar area and got to listen to an amazing jazz/pop ensemble. Overall, it was a good experience.

Riley D: It isn't anything g over the top. $20 for most 🍕 pizza. The apps are nice! We had the chicken dumplings and street corn. The portions are smaller. It seemed kinda expensive. My husband and I both had an appetizer. Our 3 kids each had a pizza. One child had a 7 inch cheese🧀. We all had waters. $70. The dumplings had way too many onions on it. The server was young.

We tried the Tostado pizza without meat expecting the black beans to be intact. My husband wasn't pleased as the beans appear more as if they were refried. However, I don't fault California Pizza because we should have ordered our usual as vegetarians. For that reason, I increased my overall rating from a 4 to a 5.

Take out was ready within 10, but I stayed longer to enjoy my cocktail. I had a strawberry lime margarita-perfectly mad. They were offering happy hour discount - will be back with friends. I loved the decor near the bar.
