Rachel Karlin: We hired Bluemel’s Summer 2023 for two drainage projects. I was happy with their responsiveness, their easy-to-use job management tool, and the completed work.First, they tied together a gutter downspout and sump pump discharge, buried them underground and had them discharge at the back of the yard. Jim was our sales person and it was clear he and Bluemel’s have experience with this type of work and were confident in their approach. The stone basin they added at the end of the discharge area was a really nice touch! The grass seed and fertilizer they applied in the disrupted area was applied well and grew in very nicely, despite it being August when the work was done.Second, Jim also helped us figure out how to address a tricky drainage situation by our chimney. Although my clematis and tulips did not survive the work, we are happy the drainage issue is addressed.The work was done when promised, and there were no issues whatsoever!

The quote was timely and very detailed and a fair price for the work.When it came to scheduling I was given a date that they kept.The work crew was organized neat, clean and wearing company uniforms. Michael Voeks: Went there because my 25 foot Maple tree has turned yellow this year. They told me it was because of the drought we had this year and they also told me that it was lacking Iron and Magnesium. Iron I bought and hand casted it around the drip line of the tree and the Magnesium I'll spray some Epsom Salts with a hose end sprayer around the tree also. Magnesium Sulfate is Epsom salt. Works great on other trees and plants. Probably won't see results till next year.

The crew they sent this year was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and they did very, very nice work. There is hardly any mulch outside the beds and they were extremely precise in how they spread it, even in difficult areas like around and under our rose bushes. Very much appreciated.
