It is a very hands on, fast paced program, that prepares you for a job in the dental field right after completing the program. The program chair, Mrs. Maria, is very knowledgeable and knows everything you need to know about the dental field. She is a very helpful resource and instructor that is always there to answer any questions you might have about anything and is always there to help you out with things you might not understand. Career Services also a very good resource, they assist you in writing your resume and prepare you for interviews. Milwaukee Career College really sets you up for success upon finishing the program.

Jesse Frith: Can I just point out that half of the people on here that are complaining about the school can't even be bothered to spell correctly... Maybe that shows what kind of student they were. It's an accelerated course system. One day = one to two weeks. Suck it up buttercup or at least read what you got yourself into.

Coleen Glosch: I had to take my cat Willow there recently because of sudden severe urinary issues, including difficulty urinating and blood in her urine. She has a history of bladder stones and the symptoms she was experiencing were identical to the symptoms she had 9 years ago when she had the emergency bladder surgery. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctor were extremely professional, compassionate, and thorough. Dr. Fisher took the time to review Willow's history, which I had e-mailed to them that morning, before she examined her. Based on her history, she did an ultrasound to check for stones. Thankfully, there were none. Willow was then treated for a bladder infection with antibiotics, pain meds, and anti-spasm meds. I had a question about Willow's response to the meds after I got home and my phone call to Dr. Fisher was responded to promptly. I was very pleased with the care Willow received there during her emergency visit.

sawyer elisabeth: Dr. Crooks & Dr. Green were phenomenal in caring for my girl Zelda. I really felt they cared and I could tell they wanted her to get better. I got updates on her condition every 12 hours, and they were amazing. The vet techs were amazing as well.On the other hand, I was told to call if I had any questions or concerns about Zelly’s condition. Unfortunately, only a few of the receptionists have been helpful during her admission as well as after. My girl stopped eating again and I was told to follow up with the VCA & Veterinarian's who did her surgery at a separate clinic but the lady I spoke to on the phone said “Well I GUESS I can try to get a message to the doctor but they don’t always get back to you” and was incredibly rude. I went on a wild goose case advocating for my kitty and it took 3 vet offices to finally get one to listen to me and figure out a plan to get her the nutrients she needs.I understand she is to follow up care with her primary vet, but with my primary vet telling me to just give her medications and not worry about her not eating I was desperate for another answer.Thankfully the clinic who did the surgery was able to help me.Disappointed I was unable to reach out with questions to the VCA despite being directed to do so.** Update: **I went back last night in an attempt to advocate for my cat because I wasn’t getting anywhere with anyone else & no one had availability to put in her tube and the vet was fantastic. She got my kitty her e tube and provided prompt care and directions for $1500 when the WVRC quoted me $4000! The receptionist, Anaka was also fantastic & professional unlike the ones in the past. Dr Foster was awesome, and really helped me put my mind at ease and was completely understanding about my situation financially and able to accommodate. She explained each and every lab result to me. Most of the veterinarians at this hospital throughout this unfortunate health crisis my cat is having have been amazing. Dr Crooks, Foster and Green have been the most memorable and provided incredible care to my girl. Without them, she would not be alive right now. I am forever grateful.PS. The beach themed bathroom is awesome and all. but doesn’t feel super fitting for an emergency animal hospital. Just a comment.

I was never pressured or rushed to make any decisions and she was very honest with me about any questions I had. I can’t say enough about the care of VCA. S Berg: the staff and vets here are wonderful! They truly care about companion animals and their owners. They saved our dog's life when he was hit by a car - staying long after their closing time to care for him and make sure he got to the Animal Emergency Center safely and stabilized. They provide wonderful care and although they might not be the cheapest in town but isn't the unconditional love you get from your pet worth a bit more? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and bring all my future companion animals to them!

Annie Conway: My cat, Jack had a weird scab on his back of the neck and I was really concerned so I brought him in. The technician as well as the doctor were both so sweet and calm. They took him back for scab retrieval for a test as well as antibiotics and a steroid shot. He also had some vaccinations he needed to get updated. Despite Jack being a rude boy, and apparently biting one of the technicians, when he tried to get away from them, they were able to treat him and within a couple weeks, his scabs had fallen off, and the hair is starting to grow back really can’t thank them enough for being so pleasant. They also gave me some anti-anxiety meds for him the next time I bring him in, so he’s a little bit more agreeable . The only feedback that I do have is that their services are a little Expensive which I didn’t mind paying because I have the capability. You can see in the picture where a chunk of hair had completely come out but is now nearly half regrown a month later.

I brought my kittens here and on my way there my kittens pooped EVERYWHERE but this place was amazing and allowed me to clean them up there and were super understanding! Afterwards they were so kind and efficient with the kittens and we were in and out before I knew it and their medicine isn’t as expensive as I thought especially for a litter of kittens. Definitely would recommend this place!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was a sick puppy on the floor that had thick green nasal discharge and was dripping it on the floor and the vet clinic didn't clean it up or have the man pick the puppy up off the floor

They are the cheapest out of all 11 vets I called and even spay/neutering is cheaper than almost every place I called. Why pay so much when this place does the same at a better price. Dxy Mxs: My dog is my pride and joy & her safety and health is my priority. I had just gotten off of third shift, I came home, put my dog on a leash and took her for a walk. She was overstimulated and super excited that she ended up breaking her claw on the walk. Thankfully Milwaukee animal Hospital was open on Saturday. 5 minutes later I race to Milwaukee Animal Hospital, I came in as a walk-in and, they were able to get my dog seen. They were quick and updated me every step they took. Even gave me a quote to make sure it was something I was comfortable with. Zoey , the vet tech, was super comforting and helped me calm down from my anxiety. She assured me everything would be okay. Dr. Bajwa was also very comforting and assured me she would be okay. He got her taken care of and even checked up on her as we were leaving.This is the only place I trust with my dog & the only place I will be going to.I love MILWAUKEE ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

Lilli S: On October 11th my cat of 6 years was put down at the Milwaukee Animal Hospital. He was 9 years old and was thought to have internal Carcinoma cancer. His name was Toby and he was my family’s baby. Dr. Bajwa has shown immense kindness and humanity to my family. He let me and my dad be with our baby until his last moments, and they gave us all the time we needed with him before and after he was gone. A couple days later we received a letter in the mail. It had a card signed by all of the vet technicians and also by Dr.Bajwa. It also had hair and paw prints from my baby Toby. This meant more then I can ever express. My family and I will never forget the kindness that was shown to us by everyone there. We will continue to go there with our other cat until we move out of Milwaukee. You can tell that Dr.Bajwa is not looking for money, he’s looking to help animals in need. Thank you everyone, you have my thanks for the reat of my life.

Mieve Thao: i have nothing but good things to say about this place. i LOVE their Pets for life program. They were able to give free services for all 3 of my girl cats. They provided free spaying, microchip, shots, and after care for all 3 of my girls based on my zipcode!!! they would call and text to check on how the girls were doing also!1 week after my girls procedures, one of my cats, peppa, took off her cone and started licking her stitches. it caused her stitches to become very red and swollen. i sent them a text and call and they contacted me that same day. i wasn’t able to bring peppa in to see the vet so out of the kindness of their hearts they drove all the way to my home and dropped off 2 cones and some antibiotics for my peppa. you can telll they really care so much for animals and want nothing but good care for everyone’s little fur babies. they are just so sweet.

Благодаря этой клинике мы сможем провести вместе еще много лет!

Dr.Willkom was very thorough in her in review of all prior medical history and initial wellness examination of our pup during our initial visit as new residents of MKE and new client of Downtown Veterinary Clinic. Again Highly recommend based on the ease of scheduling and the attentive care and consideration our pup received during this first first initial appointment. Thank you so much!!!

Robert Kidby: Best vet clinic in the area. After a fight with cancer, my previous boy had his last moments here. They were super respectful and accommodating. Now his brother comes here for all his visits. Again, just simply, a great clinic.

Willow: so they must have been so caring and comforting with him. Although I only used them for routine services and am not aware of performance with things like sicknesses and surgeries, I feel that they would do well. I definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

kelly sutinen: Helpful and kind staff, was able to get my cat in quick for an urgent eye issue even though we weren’t established patients. They let you know the pricing before treatment is administered, it seemed on par with other city vets. They also offered to get my cat up to date with routine bloodwork and vaccinations which I appreciated since previous vets hadn’t mentioned he was overdue. Looking forward to continuing our cats’ care here!

Vanessa B: I originally started going here because I followed Dr. V from her previous location. She is the best ever and saved my cat's life. I love the way she thinks. She's not the typical doctor that just goes with the average course of treatment. She talks it through and comes up with a plan unique to your pet. And she's a great listener and doesn't just try to rush you off the phone or out of the office. I truly love her. Once I started visiting this office regularly, I've seen that the rest of the staff is the same. I'm still getting to know the staff but so far everyone is really kind and truly cares about their patients and will take their time to listen and make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed.

Anita Ford: We had an emergency appointment that was taken immediately with great care, warmth and friendliness. Our cat went in feeling yucky but when she got home and was able to eat and drink, she was more like herself and went to nap in her favorite spot. The staff and doctors are very understanding and let you know how they will help your best furry friend. I can't thank them enough for all they've done!! 😃

Angela Giangiulio: they were actually able to get her in same day. And they found out what was going on in maybe 20 minutes. Dr. V is AMAZING and JESSICA the vet assistant. Omg, she was a saint. She is so knowledgeable. She gave me the best recommendations for Mia and was so so kind. I was very emotional bringing her in again. But this team makes you feel right at home.

When I got here the staff was super friendly and was willing to see my cat Rigatoni even though he did not have an appointment and they do not take walk ins.His vet was kind and knowledgeable and taught me what to watch out for for specific issues or illnesses. I had a wonderful experience and they clearly care about taking care of your pets here.

deu ce: I've been going here for more than a decade. The vet doesnt pressure me to get more than needed and always gives me cost before doing a procedure. The vet and staff are friendly..too bad there's always a new staff though.
