He came all the way outside to my car to let me know, saving me a trip. He didn't have to do that but he wanted genuinely to help me out. My visit was fast and noticed a lot of patience the staff showed. Customer service of any kind is never easy, and sometimes USPS offices don't have all the resources/staff they should have

Michael Pelzek: I made a long extensive negative review about a couple months ago. However while I was dreading going there as soon as I went the experience was completely different. They got a whole new staff everybody was really cool friendly and they were quick. Now keep in mind last time I went there was a line of 3 people and it took me 20 minutes to get to the counter. This time there was a line of idk 15 and it was faster then last time. Granted the situation could have been completely different and that's understandable. But what impressed me the most was the staff and that is all I could really ask for the manager Mrs lipson was very professional and extremely friendly so overall the experience was great. Thank you for getting staff that don't hate every single person that comes in.

EDDIE PULLIN: I give them 5 stars in shipping first time loading beer loaded six barrels instead of half barrels apparently there's a difference in the way they're supposed to be loaded and security didn't have me put bulkheads in was way over on the drive brought it back put me right in the door to fix it so the people here are way more generous than the paperwork that you get at the security gate is back to me right in the door fixing my load and we'll be rolling all good to go

Jamie: My wife and I made it to Buske early, 2 days early. The first shift told us they would get to us shortly, the day turned into night, and I came in and saw people working. I asked to speak to the management team. A guy named Art greeted himself and explained the situation, he's sorting things out in the office he'd be with us shortly. A couple of minutes later we saw the trailers moving like crazy, we were out within an hour. We thanked him for getting us out early. We heard the night shift is short of workers but gets the job done. We'll be back again, we enjoy someone taking their job seriously.One more note, even though we were early Art made sure we were satisfied.Thank you Art

Meanwhile, the Royal Enfields keep motoring along since 1901. The single cylinder 350 and 500cc models, also known as the 'thumpers' because of their unique sound, are relied on all over the world. The Adventure series tames the hottest places on the planet. Harley has trouble with that. I've seen them across the Middle East. And of course throughout Europe. Look up the manufacturing plant in India...fascinating read. So here in Harleytown, USA this little shop in the 3rd Ward gently reminds people of Royal Enfield's long rich global history. Owning American Iron Harley is one way to go. Or you can own a motorcycle 🏍 They showcase a few actual bikes that have covered continents. 🤔

Joseph Fasi: I keep debating on whether to get a bike, but if I do, it will be from Royal Enfield. I have never felt like I was bothering the owners or sales folks on the floor in this inviting shop in the heart of Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Their bikes are beautiful and a throw back to the classic bikes. the prices are excellent for a bike that is very highly rated. To open in Harley’s home and do well says a lot about this shop and their product.
Joshua Collins: Just bought a 2019 RE Himalayan this weekend and really enjoyed my experience. Was the second time coming in when i couldn't stop thinking about the bike. The staff was really easy to talk to and not focused on just making a sale. You can tell they just enjoyed motorcycles!

Lucas Rutowski: Nice storefront. Sales rep was easy on approach and wasn't pushy. Small on the inside but good variety of bikes on display. Some used models from other manufacturers as well. I'm not sure if I'd buy a RE given their current lineup and some personal concerns of quality but definitely want to see them succeed in today's motorcycle market
