Tom Grable: My 15 year old son and I took the Introductory Woodworking course and it was a great experience. Ken, the instructor, was extremely patient, encouraging and thorough through the entire 3 part class. We got hands on experience with a jointer, planer, radial arm saw, table saw and router. I highly recommend this class.
Jacob Holmes: Had an issue with customer service but Chris went out of his way to make it right and he did. Things like this are what have me coming back.
Bob Regalia: Walked in to see what this place was all about.Well.. it's woodworking... from beginner tools.. to advanced high end tools, and everything in-between. Pen and pencil turning kits.. epoxy.. glue, sandpaper, chisels, dust collection, exotic wood, basically everything you need or want... all in one store. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and respected my request to just walk around and soak it all in.

Robin Nelmark: Spent some time taking the beginning turning class with Rick and can't say enough about how helpful it was. I walked away with not only the basics of turning, but also the knowledge of which tools and accessories would allow me to continue turning. The class size was small and Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful answering any and every question we had. In addition, this gave me the perfect opportunity to shop the store and pick up a few things I'd been putting off. While all of the store staff was courteous and helpful I do want to give a shout out to Linc as well who spent time answering my questions about various tools and again assisting me. Service is one of the most important reasons I shop Rockler instead of some random online outlet.

They also recommended a couple of good YouTube videos to get me started.Because they've taken such good care of me, I took a bowl turning class there today with Rick Tell. Rick was SO patient and friendly and kind and helped me make my very first bowl, which impressed everyone I showed it to. I couldn't put it down! I love that I got to take home a bowl that *I* made. I don't think I put it down for several hours.It was such an awesome class, and those few hours went by so quickly but I got so much experience in and will feel even more comfortable when I take this class again, because the instruction is SO great and it makes me want to immerse myself even more into woodworking. It's become my passion. I recommend this class to EVERYONE. Thank you, Rick and Rockler!Edited to add: I just took a pen turning class with Gary this past weekend, and it was fantastic! He offered me with wood options and then guided me through how the mechanism worked, how to use the tool, how to best move my body for great results and less fatigue, and then showed me how to get a perfect glossy finish at the end! I chose curly maple, and it turned out beautifully!They even get into whatever it is that you made, which makes you feel really good about how you did. And it's awesome because they all make BEAUTIFUL things themselves.What I really love about our Rockler is that they know who I am by name, always greet me warmly, and give fantastic customer service and offer guidance when I am sometimes unsure of what I am trying to achieve. Plus their wood is GORGEOUS.

The closet systems have a rich and refined character to it -- A++ for the product and design/service/installation.

Would definitely recommend CBD, albeit only to those who can afford it.

Nancy Deeter: Jake and Chris, our closet installers were great to work with. They originally told me it was going to take two days to install and these guys got it done in a day. My problem was with the lack of communication. There was a change in the original drawing, and we were not informed of the changes that were going to be made. The installers did not know that there changes as their drawings did not show that anything was changed. We ended up texting pictures of our orgiinl drawings to demonstrate the changes and explain our displeasure. Jake did talk to his boss and we are very happy but all that could have been avoided with better communication. Jake came out on the following Sunday to make it right.

It was a fair estimate and we went to contract. His work was very meticulous. He rebuilt my steps at the entrance, replaced the weak deck boards, prepped my upper and lower decks and painted them.
