Brendan Fahey: I’m not sure what Nate’s expectations are/where, but as far as the flow of traffic in the yard my opinion could not differ more than his.I find the warehouse staff to be very attentive, not only to me but to the other contractors picking up or returning materials.They are constantly interrupting their daily assignments and directing their full attention to the contractors when we arrive.Yes in the afternoon it is clear that the trucks must be loaded for the next day. On several occasions I have seen truck drivers stop to help customers during late afternoon rushes.Not once have I heard them complain to a customer for not following advised waiting areas, they just help and keep moving.Even the contractors that get out of their trucks and walk up the ramp and into the warehouse, seemingly oblivious to the rest of the contractors waiting patiently in their trucks, the team members here never get bothered.As for the front of the shop, it can get hectic in there. But I constantly see veteran employees training and helping new employees. It seems that they share a customer first attitude, that I for one find refreshing.
