Lacy: I came in with a problem with my Surface Pro screen expecting them to not be able to do much since they're just a kiosk store. Mandy was awesome to work with and helped me out insanely fast - I was in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone working there was friendly and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who has an issue with their Microsoft hardware/software.
Mike Garza: All those guys are fricken i.t. braniac awesome!!!i rarely go there but wen i do, they keep me occupide forever with all the information they possess on whatever it is i'm inquiring about. I always stay much longer than intended because of absorbing all they relay and receiving their education. They make purchasing their products quite an experience.
Justin Heiligenthal: These people understand customer service. I went in with a problem with my Surface Pro 4 and the helpful staff had me on my way in no time. I have always had great service at this location.

Kevin Strauss: Excellent staff. Had an issue with an Xbox in our house. They were able to straighten everything out, got us a replacement unit and on our way. Beyond that, the staff is very knowledgeable on all things Microsoft. Excellent demo of the new Surface Studio 2. Highly recommended to check them out over Best Buy or Amazon.

Jordon Kunya: My Surface was having some major issues, and they were able to fix it in an extremely fast and cost efficient manner. If you're suffering from any sort of software issues with computers or other Microsoft prpdupro, I highly recommend this location. The most professional, friendly, and efficient computer store I've ever been to. It's service like this that will keep me a Microsoft customer.
