Was picked up by them from local auto body shop along with another individual. After arriving at rental car location, they informed me the car I would be receiving is the one they just picked myself and another up in. I didn't mind too much until I was given the keys, sat in the front and realized the car (interior and exterior) was filthy and completely out of gas. I used the given Clorox wipe to try to clean what there was (Steering wheel, dash, radio, etc) and the wipe came out completely brown and black from filth. Thankfully after going back in and requesting a new vehicle they quickly complied. Just not sure how they were even able to offer me the first vehicle in the shape it was in.


Honestly this might have been the best customer service I've had in years. First off my Uber drops me off at the wrong enterprise so I could have been stuck there without a vehicle, reservation or ride. Luckily the enterprise customer service rep was not only able to find me a vehicle but upgraded me to a truck at not additional charge. Then the next morning I found out my trip was cut short and had to return the vehicle early. Enterprise not only took the vehicle back early without issue and refunded me the full amount of days not used but they also provided me transportation for free! Top notch customer service!


After telling the CS agent at this branch “NO” for their insurance, he insisted and offered me no alternative. Carmax enlightened halfway through my rental period that I need not purchase enterprise insurance since I have my own, and recommended I cancel and ask for a refund. I dropped the protection halfway through the rental period, and was offered a partial refund. The CS agent asked if I had a 5 star experience and I said NO because I still paid 300 dollars for insurance I never wanted or needed. He said he would refund the full amount. Then he refunded 6 dollars. Regional manager is insisting their whole team is right and acted right, but won’t sympathize with the fact that I said no to insurance- while having my own coverage- dropped theirs halfway through, realized my mistake, and was offered a full refund in exchange for a 5 star review. Regional manager has not answered the question “why are there two refund unless we had this conversation” and is insisting the CS rep had said no such thing. Regional manager had said he’s a sales manager (howdy I’m a senior service manager) and did an amazing job BEING right about everything but did nothing to MAKE it right. Does the phrase “guest recovery” not exist in the car rental world? I’ll absolutely never use enterprise again and will share my experience with everyone I know.
