In addition to CrossFit classes, BrewCity CrossFit memberships include skill classes in gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. We’re home to Milwaukee Barbell, the premiere Olympic weightlifting club in southeast Wisconsin. For those that want to get in a little extra work outside of classes, we also offer Open Gym all day long.

Our CrossFit program is designed to be inclusive and universally scalable for athletes of any level. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve your overall fitness, train for a competition or fitness test, or just to feel better, we’ll help you reach that goal.

At Cream City CrossFit Co-Op, our workouts are intended for people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities — all movements are scalable. Our community is made up of regular people that simply want to move better and exercise. You do not need to be in shape to start. You just need to walk through the door and we will take care of the rest!


We provide constantly varied programming geared to meet the needs of all athletes that can be scaled for masters and those with health issues. We can also work around and scale for injuries.

Each member gets a complimentary subscription to our workout tracking app to track daily workouts and their fitness progress. Nutrition clients get access to our habits-based nutrition coaching app.

Each new member gets 3 weeks of habits-based nutrition/lifestyle coaching included with their membership. In addition, we routinely offer gym-wide challenges to help members stay motivated.

Each person that walks through our doors will find their experience in our gym to be positive and memorable. We have a really awesome, friendly community, We are a small gym so everyone knows your name.

Our coaches coach and we provide members with safe, effective training methods that are adaptable to each member’s specific needs and goals. Our coaches are compassionate individuals who continue to learn, grow, and pursue excellence.
