Miller Equestrian Center: what do users think?

Priya palanisamy: Nice place toLearn horse riding and the owner is very friendly

Cassandra Harrington: Wonderful place... Peaceful and friendly. The owner is awesome. I'm excited about my up coming lessons.

Chris Netz: Had a great time had, Very clean and very friendly, I would recommend it to anybody.

Sara Gouthro: My daughter has been riding at this barn since shortly after Marissa took over. My daughter loves coming for her lessons with Marissa and working with the horses. The barn is always clean & organize. Some may think it may not clean-clean to the point you can eat off of the floor but it’s a barn would you really want to eat off of the floor? The barn owner is always at the barn taking care of the horses. Yes she has some of the teenage girls doing chores like turning out/bringing in horses, feeding the horses, cleaning stalls & sweeping. These girls are working for some lessons with Marissa all while learning about ALL the work it takes to own & take care of a horse. This barn has become part of our extended family it is not just the owner but the boarders and other families that bring their kids in for lessons.

Sarah Phinney: There are so many wonderful things I can say about Miller Equestrian Center. The owner, Marissa, is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met and she truly cares about each and every one of the horses and riders in her care. Every person that I have met there was warm, welcoming and loved the horses. They also love to help if you have questions! Marissa encourages you to hone your skills both in and out of the saddle in a positive and flexible environment that challenges you to do your best. Each person's experience is individualized based on their goals and Marissa invests herself into helping them get there. The stalls are cleaned daily. Each horse is fed like the individual that they are so that they thrive. Each horse is seen by the vet and farrier using traditional techniques on a regular basis with many alternative therapies also available so each horse is in their best health. If you are looking for a friendly community and affordable riding stable, look no further. You have found it here. I know I sure did!

Isabelle Mikkelson: This barn makes every one feel like they are at home. There is a horse to fit anyone skill/confidence level. From Gracie to Jasper all these horses are amazing. Such a great environment to grow in. Very experienced trainers and horses. All the horses are well taken care of no matter the circumstances. I love riding taz and volunteering after my lessons. I can’t wait to show in a couple of years. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!👍🏻👍🏻😃😃

Ashtin Martinez: Miller Equestrian Center is an amazing place not only for the horses that stay there but for the children that thrive there as well. Jumping instructor is amazing and the owner is kind and courteous to everyone around, she is a hard working woman. Welcoming of all people no matter what differences you share, my brother with special needs has learned a great deal of responsibility being allowed to volunteer there, cleaning stalls, bailing hay, etc. He loves horses and the aspect of the farm and loves every minute he gets to help out there, we all do. It gives him a sense of self worth to be able to complete tasks on his own and we can’t thank the owner enough for being such a kind and accepting individual to the community! 5 stars isn’t enough for all Miller Equestrian has done for us!

Stepping Stone Farms: what do users think?

Julia Nunez: Learned a lot about horse farming. Its hard work but very rewarding.

R S: Volunteering is very rewarding. The horses, ponies, and other animals are adorable and so gentle. The farm is a great place to get to know horses. Lessons are available for all ages and there is nothing like the feeling of a horse and human connection. Email them for more information. Sponsors always needed to help keep the farm feeding the animals.

Sandra Kozey: The younger riders need assisting volunteers but they learn how to take care of the horses ie hooves, brushing etc. Such a great cause for these rescues.

Stefanie Ryan: Wonderful people, precious horses, a farm filled with love, support and desire to share.

Timothy prag: Very nice place for my daughter to learn to ride a horse, everyone is very nice and friendly will answer any question you have about the horses.

Ryan Deters: Amazing place! They rescue horses and you help care for them!

Ann McKillip: Took our Girl Scouts to the farm. They helped with, feeding, cleaning and grooming. Also helped saddle a horse and got a 20 minute ride/lesson in the training barn. Lia and her team did a great job teaching and explaining to the girls about the horses and their care. Thank you!

Kingdom Warriors RV Adventures: My girls love riding here. It is so much more than just learning to ride, you learn a TON about horse care/safety. Beautiful and clean! We look forward to every Friday!!! Favorite day of the week!!!

Countryside Stables Inc.: what do users think?

Shyla Brown: Absolutely beautiful spot here!

Loretta Gottheardt: Very friendly staff too work with.

Ironman Baller: Lovely animals

Maggie Chmiel: A girl sold me my first horse here as well.I still have him to this day. The people here are very kind and loving. Shelly is a very wonderful lady who looks after the place. She’s a very sweet person and always puts the horses needs first. There are a lot of trails around the barn! I have made many good friends and memories here :

Gabriele C: Great care for senior horse. Stable Manager is very nice.

Victoria Gale: Very beautiful place I love it horses are tended to on a regular basis stables are gorgeous and so are the horses.... Know someone who lives here

Tammy Houghtaling: Amazing stables with amazing staff and people! Very welcoming and loving! My sister loved going to "the farm" and spending her days there. I'm grateful for the farm family that she gained while fighting her battle with cancer. They all loved her so much and encouraged her. She had her horse there and Spirit is still there. Was very therapeutic for her. My mom also has her horses there and they are very well taken care of!! I love Countryside and all their hospitality! And not to mention how much I love all the people there!! Love your faces!!

Jordyn Billstrom: My sister boards her horses here, and it’s a very fun place to go and hangout! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. All the horses are very well taken care of. 5 stars, would recommend!!

Lissa Berg: I have boarded my horses and my daughter has boarded her horses at Counytside for over 10 years. We have had horses our whole lives and have boarded several places around the United States. This is by far the friendliest family orientated stable we’ve ever been to. We never have to worry about our horses because we know they are very well taken care of. The management that cares for us and our horses is outstanding. I love their communication with us if we are not able to see our horses for a few days we are always free to call and they call us with any changes or updates. There is usually someone there at all times. The tack rooms are kept clean organized and safe . Managements knowledge is superior In regards to equines The indoor arena is amazing and stays pretty warm in the winter and we really like the large size of it. The outdoor arena is even bigger and is lit up very well at night. The people that board there are like family and we all have a lot of respect for each other and all the horses on the property. There is always someone there to help you or answer any questions you may have . I am happy to say this is my horses forever home !

Brittany Strickling: Countryside has far exceeded my expectations in everyway possible. When I first arrived to this barn, my 8 year old gelding was underweight, untrained, and a slight mess after being mistreated by my previous barn. The caring people at countryside took him and myself in like family. He is thriving physically and emotionally now.At countryside there is never any barn drama or negative attitudes. The bad eggs that I've seen come into the barn have weeded themselves and there misbehaving horses out. All of the horses here are kept up to date on vaccines, are a healthy weight, and have plenty of room to run around and be the true definition of a horse. This barn is what boarding should feel and look like. It's a family here and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Ride Alive Motorcycle Academy: what do users think?

Jennifer Webster: Took the 5 day evening course - and WOW, what a great experience. Went from no motorcycle experience to a competent rider within the timeframe of this class. Tim and Greg are excellent teachers and give you great feedback on technique while also keeping the course fun. If you're on the fence about classes in the area, take the class through Ride Alive; it is worth it!

Christopher Sanger: I've been putting off getting my license for years because I didn't want to dedicate a full weekend to a course. It seemed like a drag. I was wrong. Ride Alive was a ton of fun, I walked away way more confident on a motorcycle and I had a great weekend. If you're considering it, just do it, and do it here. I have zero regrets, other than not doing it sooner.

Joe Wilson: Great day at BRC 2. Greg and Brian were engaging, fun, and really good teachers.

Jake Steffes: Had a great and educational time here; Greg and Gary were fantastic teachers. Hadn’t been on a bike before, but after two days felt confident and ready to ride. 10/10

Stephen Mueller: Great class to take. Appropriate for an absolute beginner as well as new riders with a little bit of practice under their belt. The rider coaches are just that—coaches. Riding instruction and encouragement are provided with humor mixed in to keep things light without being a distraction. You are learning to ride after all, and the risk management is emphasized with the new skills you are being taught to correctly control a motorcycle. Greg and Gary obviously enjoy what they do and it’s easy to feed off of their enthusiasm for riding.

SaintLoon (SaintLoon): I don't usually leave reviews, but this riding academy is well worth it! It was fun, love the knowledge and know how you gain from the course, especially in only a weekend! If your a beginner someone whos got a bike and needs the course to complete for your full license this course is awesome. Dont act like I did and sweat the small stuff, dont get me wrong definitely do your best but the environment is fun, friendly, and helpful!

Hutan G.: Great coaching, very knowledgeableand detailed people. My teenage son and I took this together and got a lot out of it. Looking forward to riding now!

Jacie Jermier: This is a great course! Instructors are really knowledgeable and very attentive. The in-person portion of the class is all done on the bike. The bikes offered by the class are also very forgiving and easy to learn on. Highly recommend to any new riders or riders that haven’t ridden on the road. 10/10

Christine Dunbeck: We had a wonderful experience! The instructors were patient, encouraging, and knowledgable. Overall we had a ton of fun. We passed the practical test during the course and passed the written test at the DMV a day later. We are now waiting on our new licenses to come in and are shopping for a motorcycle and gear. If you're looking for a safe way to learn to ride or hone your skills, sign up now. This class is excellent.

Ken Dunbeck: Did a 2 day weekend class with Ride Alive and the instructors were great. Friendly and extremely helpful. I never touched a motorcycle before the first day of lessons and they were amazing. Highly recommend for anyone even thinking about riding a motorcycle!

Rob M: I took the BRC class here and so glad I did. The rider coaches and assistants were very patient and helpful throughout the entire class and they made it fun. This is a great class for anyone with little to no riding experience. You start out with getting comfortable with the bike, assuming no experience, and walk away feeling confident about riding. I got my motorcycle license in one try and will be riding with skill and confidence! Thank you for a fun and great experience.

Logan Stipe: Excellent staff, great learning environment. Highly recommend. Specific shout-outs to Chris and Ted, the instructors for my class – both are absolutely fantastic.

KuHaKU: Both coaches are very amiable. They have professional knowledge and guide us patiently. You will learn everything about motorcycles and how to keep yourself safe in class. The coach will have a great tolerance for your mistakes and will not accuse you for no reason. On the contrary, every time you go to the next exercise, you will give detailed demonstrations and action analysis and will also make suggestions for your actions to be correct, which is very important for newbies. If I have friends who want to try motorcycle riding, I would highly recommend taking a Ride alive class.-YanJun

Terence Hohner: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Jesse Nye: Ride alive was an extremely organized class, skilled teachers and safe learning experience for any skill level. Highly recommend if you need your license quick! Fun day, thanks Gregg and Tony!-Jesse Nye

Flip: The coaching staff are excellent and willing to help you learn anything you need to know about riding a motorcycle. And they do everything they can to make sure you have a good time while learning too, from the free coffee to the atmosphere they created, it was a wonderful time learning and riding here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

Cashout Kil: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueGreat baby experience Nd fun class.

Nate Noel: Very professional and fun to work with instructors. Was a great time! I would recommend to anyone!

Learning Curves Motorcycle: what do users think?

Kyle Kumbier: Took a BRC course in Waukesha with learning curves last weekend. Was very happy with the course price, the communication and the experience of the class. Mark was a great instructor. Would highly recommend.

Carrie Gensler: I took the weekend 2 day class in Waukesha. This was a great experience! Granted I had riding knowledge but hadn't been on a bike in 14 years so it was like I was starting over but I will tell you there were a lot of students who were young with no experience and were doing great quickly thanks to the instructors. A big thanks to Mark and Brian!! They are awesome! I received great direction from both of them. They are very knowledgeable and were patient with the whole group. The key is to listen and pay attention to what they tell you. They also do demonstrations which helps you to visually see what you and the bike should be doing. I would definitely recommend this class!

Mackenzie Owen: If you are lucky enough to have Dan, Jake, & Peggy as instructors you are in for a great experience at this place! They were positive and encouraging from the beginning to the end and they delivered constructive feedback in a way that didn’t make you feel bad. They have a lot of riding experience and great tips to share. Well worth the time and money!

Luke Yehlen: I cannot recommend Learning Curves enough. I had an issue with the course, and I reached out to the owner Rick. He immediately went to work on fixing the issue and making sure that I was having the best experience possible. He truly cares about the students, and wants everyone to become a successful and safe Motorcycle Rider. My instructor Dan was fantastic. He was fun, informative, and worked with everyone. He always went out of his way to help the students. He moved multiple students around on the bikes until they found one that fit their body type/capabilities. He took out his phone to record video and give feedback, and had a highly encouraging attitude. It wasn't uncommon for him to cheer and yell when you finally mastered a skill you were struggling with. This is a company with a great owner who cares and works to keep customers satisfied. I am extremely happy with my time working with Rick and Learning Curves in general.

Schneur Katz: The course was fantastic, i really learnt a lot and the instructor's was amazing. The pace of the course was great at building your skill up step by step.

K Rhe: Rider coaches, Adam and Karrie are amazing, they enjoy what they do and it shows. The professionalism, compassion, and the advice, something every rider should take in.

Brian K. Hinzpeter: Great service and great staff..

Susan Klein: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityJenna and Lynn were awesome. I'm soon to be 50 and finally fulfilled my dream of learning to ride. They were so helpful, patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend this program.

Natalie Easter: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe course was great my instructors Jenna & Lynn were awesome and excellent in the time they took with the class to teach each Motorcycle and safety lessons. I Firmly suggest you take the course if you are interested in riding any motorcycle.

Nikki Tara: I recommend Learning Curves. The instructors were great and always encouraged us when we would get frustrated. I was super nervous to take this course being completely new but the class went over a lot and made sure we became comfortable with the bike and riding safely. The group I was with was a good mix of people and we all tried to keep everyone's spirits up as most of us struggled with certain parts of the course. I waited way too long to take this course and so glad I finally did.
